什么是幸福呢？永遠不要緬懷過往

A boy once asked me，“what do you think happiness is？” I hesitated for a long time， but still couldn’t find a good answer. Up to now， that question has been haunting in my mind.（有一次，一個男孩問我，“你認為幸福是什么？”我猶豫了很長時間，但仍然找不到一個好的答案。到目前為止，那個問題一直縈繞在我的腦海里。）

With time passing by， it dawns on me that actually happiness is very simple， and it can be a word or a small kind of act， which can bring me more or less some feelings and experiences.（隨著時間的推移，我意識到幸福實際上很簡單，它可以是一句話或一種小的行為，可以給我或多或少帶來一些情感和經歷。）

As a popular saying goes，“lucky people are cured of childhood all their life， while unlucky people spend all their life healing their childhood”. As far as our generation is concerned， most of us belong to the latter. There are so many sufferings that we feel it hard to obtain happiness. Just as a word：“The older we get， the unhappier we feel.”At the beginning， we are full of joy， gradually growing up. But， with time passing， we just find everything is not like what we have expected. What’s up？ Why are we always with a worried frown？（正如一句流行的話所說，“幸運的人一生被童年治愈，而不幸的人一生都在治愈的童年”。就我們這一代人而言，我們大多數人都屬于后者。苦難太多了，我們覺得很難獲得幸福。就像一句話所言：“我們年齡越大，我們就越不快樂?！薄耙婚_始，我們充滿了快樂，逐漸成長。但是，隨著時間的推移，我們發現一切都不像我們所期望的那樣。怎么了？為什么我們總是憂心忡忡，愁眉緊鎖？）

In this busy world， the word happiness is also becoming more and more luxurious. To this day， I still remember a word in the movie Up. Happiness is not immortal; it is not big fish and big meat; it is not the power that comes to hand. Happiness is about making each tiny wish come true， getting something to eat when you are hungry， having someone who loves you when you want to be loved. Clearly， it is easy to for us to achieve happiness if we try to live each day with your heart.（在這個忙碌的世界里，幸福這個詞也變得越來越奢侈。直到今天，我還記得電影<<飛屋環游記>>里的一句臺詞：“幸福不是長生不老;不是大魚大肉;不是權傾朝野。幸福就是讓每一個小小的愿望成真，在你餓的時候有所食，在你想被愛的時候有一個愛你的人。顯然，如果我們用心地去度過每一天，我們就很容易獲得幸福。）

The pain of the past is still visible before eyes， while the happiness is gone quickly. And that’s so called happiness takes no account of time. No doubt， there are always full of twists and turns in our life， so happiness became more precious. However， in my perspective， happiness lies in every small kind of act or every affectionate word. As long as we try to feel with our heart， we will find it. In a word， happiness may be late， but he will never be absent. So， never mourn the past， and just spread your arms to embrace happiness if you find it.（過去的痛苦依然歷歷在目，然而幸福卻轉瞬即逝。這就是所謂的歡樂不覺時光過。毫無疑問，我們的生活總是充滿了曲折，所以幸福才會變的更加彌足珍貴。然而，在我看來，幸福存在于每一個小小的行為或每一句深情的話語之中。只要我們試著用心去感受，我們就會找到它?？偠灾?，幸福可能會晚到，但它永遠不會缺席。所以，永遠不要哀悼緬懷過往，如果你找到了幸福，那么就張開雙臂去擁抱它吧。）
