文化育人視域下高職院校圖書館文化傳承與創新實踐

摘??要：高校圖書館作為教育領域的先鋒，在文化育人的方針和任務下，肩負起提高辦學質量和文化傳承與創新實踐的的重任，迫切需要創新載體和途徑。本文結合咸陽職業技術學院“高校圖書館+書院”模式為高校文化育人提供了文化傳承和創新實踐，依托儀祉書院建設實際，詳析儀祉書院建設優勢與特點，進而分析儀祉書院主要面臨的問題與挑戰，并對此提出思考建議。

Abstract：?As?a?pioneer?in?the?field?of?education，?university?libraries，?under?the?policy?and?task?of?cultural?education，?shoulder?the?important?task?of?improving?the?quality?of?running?schools，?cultural?inheritance?and?innovative?practice，?and?urgently?need?innovative?carriers?and?approaches.?This?paper?combines?the?"university?library?+?academy"?mode?of?xianyang?vocational?and?technical?college?to?provide?cultural?inheritance?and?innovative?practice?for?university?cultural?education.?Based?on?the?construction?practice?of?the?academy，?this?paper?analyzes?the?advantages?and?characteristics?of?the?construction?of?the?academy，?and?then?analyzes?the?main?problems?and?challenges?faced?by?the?academy，?and?puts?forward?some?suggestions.

黨的十九大高度重視文化自信，多次強調文化的重要價值，為高校的文化育人指明了方向。教育部黨組印發《高校思想政治工作質量提升工程實施綱要》，明確提出“文化育人”的基本任務是要“注重以文化人以文育人”。在新的時代，黨和國家對高校工作提出了更高的要求，高校圖書館作為教育領域的先鋒，自當積極踐行文化育人的方針和任務下，肩負起提高辦學質量和文化傳承與創新實踐的的重任，高校圖書館迫切需要創新載體和途徑。

2019年12月，依據《教育部、財政部關于公布中國特色高水平高職學校和專業建設計劃建設單位名單的通知》（教職成函〔2019〕14號），我校學前教育專業群入選國家高水平專業群建設單位C檔。
