全程整體化無縫護(hù)理模式在腸造口患者中的應(yīng)用

摘要：目的 ?觀察在腸造口患者中的應(yīng)用全程整體化無縫護(hù)理模式效果。方法 ?選取2018年3月～2019年3月在我院診治的60例腸造口患者為研究對象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，各30例。對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施全程整體化無縫護(hù)理模式，比較兩組患者造口自護(hù)能力（健康知識、自我護(hù)理技能、自我責(zé)任感）評分、并發(fā)癥（造口周圍皮炎、造口脫垂、造口旁疝、造口狹窄）發(fā)生情況以及生活質(zhì)量（社會與生活、生理與心理）以及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 ?觀察組健康知識、自我護(hù)理技能、自我責(zé)任感評分均高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組造口周圍皮炎、造口脫垂、造口旁疝、造口狹窄發(fā)生率均低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組生活質(zhì)量評分高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組護(hù)理滿意度為93.33%，高于對照組的80.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 ?全程整體化無縫護(hù)理模式在腸造口患者中效果較好，可提高患者自我護(hù)理能力和護(hù)理滿意度，降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率，提高患者生活質(zhì)量水平。

Abstract：Objective ?To observe the effect of applying the whole-process integrated seamless nursing model in patients with enterostomy.Methods ?A total of 60 enterostomy patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method， with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopts conventional nursing care， and the observation group implements a whole-process integrated seamless nursing model. Comparing the two groups of patients' stoma self-care ability （health knowledge， self-care skills， self-responsibility） score， complications （periostomy dermatitis， stoma prolapse， parastoma hernia， stoma stenosis） occurrence and quality of life （society and life， physiology and psychology） and nursing satisfaction.Results ?The health knowledge， self-care skills， and self-responsibility scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; The incidence of periostomy dermatitis， stoma prolapse， parastoma hernia， and stoma stenosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%， which was higher than 80.00% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion ?The whole-process integrated seamless nursing model is effective in patients with enterostomy， which can improve patients' self-care ability and nursing satisfaction， reduce the incidence of complications， and improve the quality of life of patients.
