Abstract：Now more and more folk arts and traditional cultures are waiting for us to inherit and develop. In order to adapt to the needs of the times，the forms of these folk arts and traditional cultures also urgently need to be reformed.

1. " Da Ah Fu " image creative design research plan

（1）logo design

The logo design of "Da Ah Fu" generally uses the form of a seal，which is more in line with the style of traditional folk art，so that the logo can be unified with the image style of Da Ah Fu. In the font，the design uses It is the image of a seal style. While not breaking the original seal style image，a small part of the seal style is simplified to make the overall logo look more concise，and at the same time，it improves the recognition and makes people clear at a glance.

（2）Image creative design

The image creative design part is the focus of this design. Based on the original Da Ah Fu image，the image of "Da Ah Fu" boy and girl are respectively combined with animal，plant and other elements，and several thematic designs are carried out .In the animal theme，the image of "Big Ah Fu" is combined with animal themes such as crane，phoenix，carp，sika deer，and magpie. In the plant theme，"Big Ah Fu" is combined with plant themes such as pine，gourd，peony，bamboo，and Ganoderma lucidum. Each animal and plant has its corresponding meaning.

The elements of cranes and pine trees represent longevity and longevity;sika deer and bamboo represent the wealth of high officials;carp and peony represent more than wealth and prosperity;phoenix and gourd represent prosperity and prosperity;magpie and ganoderma represent good luck，In the overall design，some traditional patterns will be added as decoration，which generally reflects the beautiful meaning of "Big Ah Fu" of wealth，longevity，satisfaction，attainment，and auspiciousness.

2. The innovative point and application value of "Da Ah Fu" image creative design

（1）Innovation

The innovative point of the creative application design of the "Da Ah Fu" image lies in the innovation of Da Ah Fu's image，the innovation in form and the concretization of the meaning. The designed "Da Ah Fu" image can be fully integrated with animal，plant and other themes，So that the implied meaning of Da Ah Fu welcoming auspiciousness and happiness can be concretely expressed in the aspects of wealth，longevity，satisfaction，attainment，and auspiciousness.

（2）Value

The unique creative design opens a new door to the traditional form of the big Afu clay figure. It can promote the image of the city while protecting and inheriting folk art，which is conducive to the development of tourism economy，and allows traditional folk art to appear in a new form in this era of rapid political，economic，and cultural development.
