摘? 要: 在“新工科”背景下,分析了工程實踐能力對于專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的重要性。針對計算機學(xué)科專業(yè)型碩士和學(xué)術(shù)型碩士的不同培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),從當(dāng)前專業(yè)碩士培養(yǎng)過程中存在的問題出發(fā),以培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,優(yōu)化了培養(yǎng)方案,建立了課程、專業(yè)實踐和學(xué)位論文的專業(yè)碩士培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評價體系。結(jié)果表明,該評價體系為提高專業(yè)碩士的工程實踐能力提供了更好的質(zhì)量管控機制。

Abstract: In the background of ‘new engineering, the importance of engineering practice ability for professional degree graduate students is analyzed. Referring to the different training objectives of professional master and academic master in computer science, starting from the existing problems in the current training process of professional master, and guided by the training objectives of computer professional master, the training program is optimized. Quality evaluation system of professional master training is established for the courses, professional practice and dissertation. The results show that the evaluation system provides a better quality control mechanism for improving the engineering practice ability of professional master.

0 引言
2017年以來,教育部積極推進(jìn)“新工科”建設(shè),通過推動工程教育的改革創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)大批新興工程科技人才,以滿足國家戰(zhàn)略和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。2018年8月,三部委聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于高等學(xué)校加快“雙一流”建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見》,指出“推進(jìn)高層次人才供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,加快發(fā)展專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育”[1]。目前,全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生招生規(guī)模已占半壁江山,隨著“考研熱”和社會對專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士認(rèn)可度的提高,專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士的報考人數(shù)呈持續(xù)增長的趨勢,2017年專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士報考比例首次超過學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位碩士[2]。
專業(yè)學(xué)位(Professional Degree),是相對于學(xué)術(shù)性學(xué)位(Academic Degree)而言的學(xué)位類型,其目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)具有扎實理論基礎(chǔ),并適應(yīng)特定行業(yè)或職業(yè)實際工作需要的應(yīng)用型高層次專門人才[3]。與學(xué)術(shù)碩士相比,專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育根據(jù)特定職業(yè)的需要,培養(yǎng)從事實際工作的應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型高層次人才,二者在課程設(shè)置、培養(yǎng)過程、指導(dǎo)過程、成果要求的側(cè)重點如表1所示。……
