[摘要] 生物藥劑學(xué)與藥物動力學(xué)實驗教學(xué)是用數(shù)學(xué)方法闡述藥物在體內(nèi)動態(tài)變化規(guī)律的綜合性課程。利用基礎(chǔ)科研和新藥研發(fā)等方面的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,從教師隊伍培養(yǎng)、科研資源、管理機(jī)制等方面入手,促進(jìn)生物藥劑學(xué)與藥物動力學(xué)實驗課程等藥學(xué)教育的供給側(cè)改革,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的科研思維能力和科研動手能力,利于形成創(chuàng)新意識和創(chuàng)新能力,以解決我國創(chuàng)新性藥學(xué)人才有效供給不足的問題,提升藥學(xué)創(chuàng)新性人才供給質(zhì)量。

Exploration of supply-side reform in experimental teaching of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics by high-quality research resources

[Abstract] Experimental teaching of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics is a comprehensive course that uses mathematical methods to explain the laws of dynamic changes of drugs in vivo. Make use of high-quality resources in basic scientific research and new drug research and development, starting with the training of faculty, scientific research resources, management mechanism, etc., promote the supply-side reform of pharmacy education such as biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics experimental courses, and cultivate students′ scientific thinking ability and scientific research and hands-on ability are conducive to the formation of innovative consciousness and innovative ability, to solve the problem of insufficient effective supply of innovative pharmaceutical talents in China, and to improve the quality of the supply of innovative pharmaceutical talents.

生物藥劑學(xué)與藥物動力學(xué)是藥學(xué)學(xué)科的重要組成部分,是藥學(xué)專業(yè)類學(xué)生的核心主干課程,也是執(zhí)業(yè)藥師的必考科目。該課程既是來源于藥學(xué)與數(shù)學(xué)的交叉性基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科,涉及高等數(shù)學(xué)、分析化學(xué)、化學(xué)動力學(xué)等大量基礎(chǔ)知識,也是涉及大量實驗技術(shù)、用途廣泛的綜合應(yīng)用性學(xué)科[1]。該學(xué)科主要闡述藥物及其劑型在體內(nèi)吸收、分布、代謝與排泄4個過程的劑型因素和生物因素,應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)方法和動力學(xué)原理對藥物在體內(nèi)的血藥濃度經(jīng)時變化進(jìn)行定量描述,在新藥研發(fā)和臨床藥學(xué)實踐中具有重要地位[2-3]。該學(xué)科不但理論性強(qiáng),而且實踐性要求也很高,同時具有基礎(chǔ)研究和應(yīng)用研究的特點。目前傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法及被動學(xué)習(xí)方式容易讓課堂變得枯燥無味,不能引起學(xué)生的興趣,滿足不了臨床和科研對學(xué)生的能力要求。……
