老年男性體檢人群心理問題患病情況及影響因素分析

【摘要】 目的：研究老年男性體檢人群心理問題的患病情況及影響因素。方法：回顧性分析筆者所在醫院體檢的90例老年男性患者臨床資料，根據是否存在焦慮、抑郁等心理問題將其分為健康（n=43）和患病（n=47）。進行單因素分析及多因素Logistic回歸分析影響老年男性體檢人群心理健康的因素，并探討相應防治對策。結果：單因素分析顯示，健康的患者與患病的患者身體健康狀況、文化程度、婚姻及居住狀態、經濟來源、是否退休、睡眠質量、是否存在慢性病、日常生活能力比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析顯示，退休、存在慢性病均為影響老年男性心理健康的危險因素（P<0.05）。身體健康狀況良好及日常生活能力正常為促進老年男性心理健康的保護因素（P<0.05）。結論：退休、存在慢性病是影響老年男性心理健康的危險因素，身體健康狀況良好及日常生活能力正常為促進老年男性心理健康的保護因素。社會可通過多鼓勵老年男性參加體檢，親人、朋友在日常生活中多關注其情緒變化，共同做好防護。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the prevalence and influencing factors of psychological problems in the elderly male physical examination population. Method： The clinical data of 90 elderly male patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital were retrospective analyzed. According to whether there are psychological problems such as anxiety and depression， they were divided into the health （n=43） and the sick （n=47）. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were carried out to analyze the factors influencing the psychological health of elderly male physical examination population， and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures were discussed. Result： Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between healthy patients and sick patients in terms of physical health status， education level， marital and residential status， financial source， whether the retirement， sleep quality， whether the chronic disease， and daily living ability （P<0.05）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that retirement and chronic disease were risk factors for psychological health in elderly male （P<0.05）. Good physical health and normal daily living ability were the protective factors for promoting psychological health of elderly male （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Retirement and chronic diseases are the factors influencing the psychological health of elderly male. Good physical health and normal daily living ability are the protective factors promoting the psychological health of elderly male. The society can encourage the elderly male to participate in physical examination more， and their relatives and friends should pay more attention to their emotional changes in daily life， so as to make protection together.
