【摘 要】 目的:探討體驗式分娩教學模式對實習護理人員認知水平及教學效果的影響。方法:選取2018年2月-2019年2月于我院產科實習的54名護理人員,將其按隨機數字法分為兩組,設為對照組和觀察組,各27名。對照組傳統教學,觀察組采用體驗式分娩教學模式。觀察比較兩組實習人員認知水平,批判性思維及教學效果。結果:實習前兩組認知水平差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。實習結束后觀察組認知水平評分顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。實習前兩組批判性思維能力測量表(CTDI-CV)評分差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。實習結束后觀察組CTDI-CV評分顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。觀察組情景模擬和理論考核評分均顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。結論:體驗式分娩教學模式可有效提高實習護理人員的認知水平,讓其批判性思維得到鍛煉,最終教學效果顯著優于傳統教學,對實習人員能力提高具有重要作用,值得臨床推薦。

The influence of experiential delivery teaching mode on the cognitive level and teaching effect of the practical nurses

Abstract Objective: To explore the influence of experiential delivery teaching mode on the cognitive level and teaching effect of the practical nurses. Methods: a total of 54 nurses who practiced in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 27 in each group. The traditional teaching mode of the control group and the experimental delivery mode of the observation group were used. The cognitive level, critical thinking and teaching effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before practice (P > 0.05). After practice, the cognitive level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of ctdi-cv between the two groups before practice (P > 0.05). Ctdi-cv score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of scene simulation and theoretical assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the experiential delivery teaching mode can effectively improve the cognitive level of the nurses and their critical thinking. The final teaching effect is significantly better than the traditional teaching, which plays an important role in improving the ability of the nurses and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
