“熱補(bǔ)針法”針刺光明穴對(duì)應(yīng)區(qū)域體表溫度的影響

摘要：目的? 觀察“熱補(bǔ)針法”與普通針刺對(duì)光明穴對(duì)應(yīng)穴區(qū)幼鼠體表溫度的影響。方法? 選取20只清潔級(jí)SD幼鼠隨機(jī)分為普通針刺組和熱補(bǔ)針法組，每組10只。均對(duì)光明穴進(jìn)行針刺，普通針刺組“得氣”后留針1 min，熱補(bǔ)針法組“得氣”后配合手法操作留針1 min，兩組幼鼠均進(jìn)行針刺8 d;應(yīng)用遠(yuǎn)紅外熱成像儀測量兩組大鼠針刺前后左、右側(cè)光明穴對(duì)應(yīng)區(qū)域體表溫度，并比較針刺前后變化情況。結(jié)果? 與常規(guī)針刺組比較，熱補(bǔ)針法組幼鼠針刺后局部血運(yùn)增強(qiáng)，對(duì)應(yīng)表皮溫度升高。針刺后兩組幼鼠左側(cè)、右側(cè)光明穴溫度較針刺前升高，且熱補(bǔ)針法組高于常規(guī)針刺組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），且隨著針刺時(shí)間的延長（針刺2、4、6、8 d），光明穴區(qū)域體表溫度逐漸升高，且熱補(bǔ)針法組高于常規(guī)針刺組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論? “熱補(bǔ)針法”可有效提升光明穴“得氣”后血運(yùn)速度與體表溫度。

Influence of "Hot-Mending Needle Method" on the Surface Temperature

of Acupuncture Point Guangming

Abstract：Objective? To observe the effect of "hot-mending needle method" and ordinary acupuncture on the surface temperature of young mice in the corresponding acupoint area.Methods? 20 clean SD rats were randomly divided into ordinary acupuncture group and hot-mending acupuncture group， 10 rats in each group.Acupuncture was performed on Guangming point， the needle was kept for 1 min after "getting qi" in the ordinary acupuncture group， and the needle was kept for 1 min after the "getting qi" in the hot-complement needle method group，Both groups of young rats were acupunctured for 8 d; the far-infrared thermal imager was used to measure the surface temperature of the left and right Guangming point of the two groups of rats before and after acupuncture， and the changes before and after acupuncture were compared.Results? Compared with the conventional acupuncture group， the local blood flow in the hot-complement acupuncture group increased after acupuncture， corresponding to an increase in epidermal temperature （P<0.05）. After acupuncture， the temperature of the bright points on the left and right sides of the two groups of young rats was higher than that before the acupuncture， and the hot-mending group was higher than the conventional acupuncture group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）， and with the needle when the acupuncture time was prolonged （acupuncture 2， 4， 6， 8 d）， the surface temperature of Guangming point area gradually increased， and the hot-mending group was higher than the conventional acupuncture group （P<0.05）. Conclusion? "hot-mending needle method" can effectively increase the blood velocity and body surface temperature after "getting qi" at Guangming point.

綜上所述，“熱補(bǔ)針法”針刺光明穴可提高對(duì)應(yīng)穴區(qū)體表溫度，且隨著針刺時(shí)間的延長（針刺2、4、6、8 d），光明穴區(qū)域體表溫度逐漸升高。本研究也有諸多不足之處，如僅對(duì)針刺穴區(qū)進(jìn)行體表溫度觀測，并未對(duì)中樞、臟腑溫度進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析;另外，對(duì)幼鼠的針刺療程過短，未能探明對(duì)光明穴體表溫度影響最大的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，有待后續(xù)進(jìn)一步研究。
