[摘要]目的:探討窄譜強脈沖光治療面部痤瘡后紅斑的臨床療效。方法:選擇2017年10月-2019年1月筆者科室收治的80例面部痤瘡后紅斑患者資料進行分析,隨機分為兩組。研究組:40例,單純接受窄譜強脈沖光治療;對照組:40例,單純接受普通光子嫩膚治療,并對兩組治療有效率、自我皮損程度、紅斑程度及生存質量進行比較。結果:研究組治療有效率90.00%,高于對照組的70.00%,兩組比較有顯著性差異,具有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組的自我皮損與紅斑程度評分為(3.12±0.80)分、(4.15±1.33)分,低于對照組,差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組的體育活動、社交休閑評分分別為(0.20±0.14)分、(0.38±0.20)分,均低于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組副作用發生率2.50%,少于對照組的20.00%,兩組比較差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:痤瘡后紅斑患者接受窄譜強脈沖光治療可改善皮膚屏障功能,促進皮損、紅斑盡快消退,提高生存質量。

Abstract: Objective ?To study and analyze the effect of narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light on erythema after facial acne. Methods ?The clinical data of 80 patients with erythema after facial acne who had received treatment in the Hospital between October 2017 and January 2019 were analyzed. 40 patients underwent narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light therapy only,and the other 40 patients underwent general photorejuvenation. The response rate, self-induced lesions, erythema and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results ?The response rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%, higher than that in the control group, which was 70.00%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the scores of self-induced skin lesions and erythema were (3.12±1.80) and (4.15±1.33) points in the study group, lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physical activity and social leisure in the study group were (0.20±0.14) and (0.38±0.20) points, both shown to be lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of side effects was 2.50% in the study group, lower than the 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion ?For patients with erythema after facial acne, narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light can help improve their skin barrier function, promote the recession of skin lesions and erythema, and improve their quality of life.

痤瘡是高患病率的一種皮膚病,好發于12~18歲的青少年,是因機體內毛囊皮脂腺失調而引起的疾病,發病部位主要在肩部、背部、胸部及面部。目前治療方法較多,治療后皮損部位易出現瘢痕、色素沉著及紅斑等,需數月后方能消除,不僅會對患者容貌造成不同程度的影響,而且可使患者出現自卑、焦躁的情緒,嚴重影響其身心健康[1-2]。痤瘡皮損消退后,因炎癥反應對受損皮膚具一定刺激性,可使毛細血管擴張、充血,且紅細胞數量顯著增加,繼而形成難以消退的紅斑,患者皮損部位越深,其炎癥刺激越嚴重,面部紅斑越顯眼[3-4]。……
