摘 要:隨著我國職業(yè)學(xué)校實(shí)習(xí)方式的革新,校企合作作為一種新興的實(shí)習(xí)方式在各大院校得以展開,且得到了普遍應(yīng)用。為了有效獲得學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)的真實(shí)情況,學(xué)校通常會(huì)采用微信、QQ或打電話等方式來獲得相關(guān)信息。但在實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn),這種方式具有一定的局限性,不能以文字的方式記錄。為了有效解決這一問題,筆者設(shè)計(jì)了基于微信企業(yè)號(hào)的校企合作實(shí)習(xí)系統(tǒng),并通過列舉山西省某職業(yè)學(xué)校的應(yīng)用案例,證明該管理系統(tǒng)的有效性。

Design and Implementation of School-Enterprise Cooperative
Practice System Based on WeChat Enterprise

Abstract: With the innovation of practice mode in vocational schools in China, school enterprise cooperation, as a new practice mode, has been widely used in Colleges and universities. In order to effectively obtain the real situation of students' internship, the school usually uses wechat, QQ or telephone to obtain relevant information. However, in practice, it is found that this method has some limitations and can not be recorded in the form of words. In order to effectively solve this problem, the author designed a school enterprise cooperative practice system based on WeChat enterprise number, and proved the effectiveness of the management system by listing an application case of a vocational school in Shanxi Province.

目前,校企合作作為一種新興的實(shí)習(xí)方式在各大院校普遍開展。在國務(wù)院發(fā)布的〔2015〕35號(hào)文件中強(qiáng)調(diào)了實(shí)習(xí)的重要性,大力倡導(dǎo)學(xué)校與企業(yè)建立合作關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的教育模式。其中,“2+1”教育模式就是對(duì)政府政策的響應(yīng),“2”是指兩年學(xué)校理論課程的學(xué)習(xí),“1”是指一年的企業(yè)帶薪校企合作,且該企業(yè)與學(xué)生所學(xué)專業(yè)對(duì)口[1]。
在“2+1”教育模式中,學(xué)生在第三年需要到與專業(yè)對(duì)應(yīng)的企業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)。因此,學(xué)校為了較好地掌握學(xué)生的實(shí)習(xí)狀況,需要設(shè)計(jì)出一套基于智能通信技術(shù)的實(shí)習(xí)管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)狀況進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤。
1 現(xiàn)行校企合作管理系統(tǒng)中的缺陷及有效措施
從校企合作的發(fā)展歷程來看,其存在的時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),但經(jīng)過對(duì)各大職業(yè)院校的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在運(yùn)行過程中仍存在以下問題。①校企合作不等同于畢業(yè)分配,但有很多學(xué)校認(rèn)為這兩者是一樣的,實(shí)施定崗實(shí)習(xí)的目的是利用有限的教學(xué)資源來培育更多的人才。……
