摘 要:為了保證某混凝土斜拉橋的結構安全和正常使用,本研究在試驗檢測和有限元計算分析的基礎上制定了加固方案,并在斜拉索更換施工中對斜拉索索力、主梁位移、主塔偏位等關鍵指標進行施工控制。同時,結合施工控制結果和加固前、后荷載試驗對比,對橋梁加固效果進行分析。結果表明,換索施工過程控制良好,加固后結構受力得到改善,橋梁承載能力、整體抗彎剛度有明顯提高,結構安全儲備有所增加。

Construction Control and Reinforcement Effect Evaluation of
Cable Replacement for Concrete Single-tower Cable-stayed Bridge

Abstract: In order to ensure the structural safety and normal use of a concrete cable-stayed bridge, a reinforcement scheme was developed on the basis of test detection and finite element calculation analysis in this study, during the replacement of stay cables, key indicators such as cable force, displacement of the main beam, and deviation of the main tower were subject to construction control. At the same time, combining the results of construction control and the comparison of load test before and after reinforcement, the effect of bridge reinforcement is analyzed. The results show that the cable replacement construction process is well controlled, the structure is strengthened after reinforcement, the bearing capacity and overall bending stiffness of the bridge are significantly improved, and the structural safety reserve is increased.

對于建成并已運營多年的斜拉橋,其部分構件會發生損壞,尤其是斜拉索損傷會導致橋梁極限承載能力的降低甚至突發斷索事故,這些問題給人們生活和社會穩定帶來極大的安全隱患[1-3]。因此,定期對運營斜拉橋進行檢測和檢算,掌握其運營狀態,必要時進行加固處理尤為必要。橋梁檢測是通過一定的技術手段判定分析橋梁的病害情況、嚴重程度、產生原因等,并做出技術狀況評定的專業化工作[4-6]。本文以某獨塔單索面混凝土斜拉橋為工程背景,在試驗檢測和計算分析的基礎上制定了換索和主梁加固方案,并對斜拉索更換施工過程進行索力測試與控制、主梁撓度監測、關鍵截面應力應變監測、主塔偏位監測等施工監測與控制[7-10]。成橋后,結合施工控制結果和加固前、后試驗檢測對比,對橋梁加固效果進行了評價分析。……
