圍術期感染護理路徑預防胸部手術后肺部并發癥的效果分析

【摘要】 目的：分析圍術期感染護理路徑在預防胸部手術并發癥的效果，提供臨床護理參考。方法：選擇2016年8月-2018年2月在筆者所在醫院實施胸部手術的126例患者為觀察對象，根據護理方式分為觀察組（63例）和對照組（63例）。對照組采用常規護理，觀察組在此基礎上采取圍術期感染護理。對兩組患者均進行6個月隨訪，觀察兩組患者在不同護理情況下對肺部并發癥預防效果。結果：觀察組非常滿意度和總滿意度分別為85.7%、98.4%，均顯著高于對照組的65.1%、87.3%，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組服藥依從率和運動依從率分別為100%、92.1%，顯著高于對照組患者的84.1%、65.1%，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組住院費用、住院天數均明顯優于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：實施圍術期護理路徑既使得圍術期護理的內容更加完善，又能夠指導完成預見性的防護措施，促進治療效果，提升患者滿意程度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyse the application effect of perioperative infection nursing pathway in preventing pulmonary complications after thoracic surgery，provide clinical nursing reference.Method：A total of 126 patients who underwent thoracic surgery in my hospital from August 2016 to February 2018 were selected as observation subjects，divided into observation group（63 cases） and control group（63 cases） according to the nursing method，the control group was given routine nursing，the observation group was Perioperative infection nursing on the basis of the control group.Two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months，the preventive effect of pulmonary complications in two groups of patients under different nursing conditions were observed and analyzed.Result：The patients in the observation group very satisfied respectively rate was 85.7% and the rate of satisfaction was 98.4%，which were significantly higher than 65.1% and 87.3% of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Patients in the observation group of the drug compliance rate and exercise compliance rate was 100% and 92.1%，which were significantly higher than 84.1% and 65.1% of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The cost of hospitalization and the length of stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of perioperative nursing path，not only can make the perioperative care of the content more perfect，but also can guide the completion of preventive measures to promote the treatment effect，enhance the degree of satisfaction of patients.
