論醫(yī)學(xué)影像技術(shù)與設(shè)備的發(fā)展

摘要：醫(yī)學(xué)影像檢查技術(shù)課程是醫(yī)學(xué)影像技術(shù)專業(yè)的一門專業(yè)核心課程。隨著醫(yī)學(xué)影像技術(shù)與設(shè)備的發(fā)展，即使在醫(yī)學(xué)方面的重要性也是非常高的，因為它在醫(yī)學(xué)這個領(lǐng)域具有很多種診療的用途，直到放射學(xué)問世它使放射具有治療和診斷的雙重作用，已經(jīng)在醫(yī)學(xué)中占據(jù)很高的地位，我們放眼在21世紀來看，醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)發(fā)展勢在必行將會得到更大的支持和使用，使它具備全面的發(fā)展，對人類的未來將會有一個嶄新開始將會對人類的健康做出空前的貢獻。

With the development of medical imaging technology and equipment， even in the medical field， its importance is very high， because it has a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic uses in the field of medicine， until the advent of radiology， which makes radiation have the dual role of treatment and diagnosis， has occupied a high position in medicine， we look at the 21st century， the development of medical imaging is imperative. 前言

電子科技隨著時間進步推移高度發(fā)展，設(shè)備更新速度飛快，無論是在醫(yī)學(xué)診斷學(xué)還是在介入治療都已經(jīng)有非常顯著的成就，已經(jīng)得到廣大的醫(yī)學(xué)界的認可與口碑，在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)也是已經(jīng)成為頂梁柱。現(xiàn)在人們生活水平日益提高大家也對健康有了新的要求，以醫(yī)學(xué)影像技術(shù)為核心的的醫(yī)療基礎(chǔ)都在高速發(fā)展日新月異，當代醫(yī)學(xué)已經(jīng)基本上不在使用緊靠透視和x射線作為主要診療的手段了，計算機 X 線攝影（CR）、數(shù)字化 X 線攝影（DR）、計算機斷層掃描（CT）、磁共振成像（MRI）、數(shù)字減影血管造影（DSA）、正電子發(fā)射斷層顯像（PET這些為主的高端科技手法進診斷，標志了現(xiàn)在醫(yī)學(xué)影像的重要性。

1 醫(yī)學(xué)影像技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀

醫(yī)學(xué)影像技術(shù)已經(jīng)越來越成熟，在臨床上也已經(jīng)廣泛的推廣開來，工具上主要有 X 線、CT、MRI 和超聲，此外還引進了放射性核素顯像 （SPECT、PET）、DSA 等新技術(shù)，現(xiàn)……
