培養應用型技術技能型人才的基本途徑

[摘 要]培養適應經濟社會發展的應用型技術技能型人才的基本途徑是制定科學合理的人才培養方案，這是人才培養過程的邏輯起點;完善實踐教學體系，是培養應用型人才的根本出路;重視學生對教學工作的意見，既是提高教學水平的動力，也是“以學生為中心”理念的具體體現;學生的就業狀況如何，是檢驗人才培養質量的“試金石”。

Abstract： The basic way to cultivate applied technical and skilled talents adapting to the economic and social development is to formulate a scientific and reasonable personnel training program， which is the logical starting point of the personnel training process; to perfect the practical teaching system is the fundamental way out for cultivating applied talents; to devote much attention to students opinions on teaching work is to improve teaching level and also the concrete embodiment of the concept of “student-centered”; the employment situation of students is the “touchstone” to test the quality of personnel training.

一、引言

2015年10月，為了貫徹落實黨中央和國務院關于引導部分地方普通本科高校向應用型轉變的決策部署，教育部、國家發展和改革委員會、財政部等聯合發布的《關于引導部分地方普通本科高校向應用型轉變的指導意見》指出，向應用型轉變的高校的辦學思路最終要體現在，服務地方經濟社會發展、產教融合校企合作、培養應用型技術技能型人才，以及增強學生就業創業能力。其中，培養應用型技術技能型人才，可以看作是部分地方普通本科是否轉型成功的關鍵。

2016年11月，廣東白云學院被列入廣東省首批轉型試點高校。廣東白云學院也以此為契機，響應黨中央和國務院的決策部署，決心建設應用技術大學，培養適應經濟社會發展的應用型技術技能型人才。

既然高校的重要任務就是為經濟社會發展培養人才，于是需要探討的問題是，通過什么途徑培養應用型技術技能型人才。學……
