基于內(nèi)容視角的藝術(shù)檔案管理問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

[摘 要]在推動(dòng)文化藝術(shù)事業(yè)建設(shè)、助力社會(huì)主義文化大繁榮的進(jìn)程中，藝術(shù)檔案發(fā)揮著無(wú)法替代的重要作用。藝術(shù)檔案是藝術(shù)工作者創(chuàng)作活動(dòng)的原始記錄，其承載的內(nèi)容是珍貴的藝術(shù)成果。我國(guó)藝術(shù)檔案工作起步較晚，在實(shí)際管理過(guò)程中仍然存在一些問(wèn)題。通過(guò)剖析藝術(shù)檔案內(nèi)容的本質(zhì)特點(diǎn)，分別從思想意識(shí)層面和實(shí)踐操作層面指出管理存在的問(wèn)題，并分析其原因。最后針對(duì)問(wèn)題給出具體的解決對(duì)策。

Abstract： Art archives play an irreplaceable role in promoting the cultural construction and the prosperity of socialist culture. Art archives are the original records of artists activities， and the contents they carry are precious artistic achievements. Firstly， this article shows the contents of art archives. Then it analyzes the essential features of art archives contents， including image， subjectivity and aesthetics， and puts forward the specific functions of art archives contents， which based on aesthetics. In the following part， from the ideological level and practical level， we point out the existing problems in management and analyze the reasons. Finally， this paper gives specific solutions to the problems.

一、引言

藝術(shù)檔案定義一種是廣義視角的 ，泛指一切帶有藝術(shù)性質(zhì)的工作和活動(dòng)中形成的檔案。具體表述以《藝術(shù)檔案管理辦法》中的界定為例，“藝術(shù)檔案是指文化藝術(shù)單位和藝術(shù)工作者在藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作、藝術(shù)演出、藝術(shù)教育、藝術(shù)研究、文化交流、社會(huì)文化等工作和活動(dòng)中形成的對(duì)國(guó)家和社會(huì)有保存價(jià)值的各種文字、圖表、聲像、實(shí)物等不同形式的歷史記錄。”

另一種是狹義維度的 ，專指含有“藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作”的工作和活動(dòng)中形成的檔案。持這一觀點(diǎn)的學(xué)者認(rèn)為，《辭?！分袑ⅰ八囆g(shù)”定義為一種審美創(chuàng)作活動(dòng)，因此藝術(shù)檔案就應(yīng)該是這種創(chuàng)作活動(dòng)的原始記錄。具體表述為“藝術(shù)檔案是藝術(shù)工作者或文藝單位在進(jìn)行藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作活動(dòng)中產(chǎn)生的具有保存、利用價(jià)值的，經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)整理的各種載體的材料?！?/p>

二、藝術(shù)檔案內(nèi)容的本質(zhì)特征
