[摘 要]互聯網消費金融市場在人們生活水平提高和消費觀念轉變等背景下快速發展,多元化的供給市場滿足了大眾化、多場景化的消費需求。實則供需市場存在一定的矛盾,市場中消費平臺為搶奪市場而降低門檻,征信相對空白的大學生群體為滿足當前需求而濫用金融產品。新型網貸平臺的野蠻增長和薄弱的風險意識是當前大學生消費中的風險困境。為規范市場與加強理性消費,可從政府的政策引領、平臺的評級體系構建、學校主導的加大宣傳教育與學生主動參與了解金融風險等角度入手。

Abstract: The Internet consumer financial market has developed rapidly under the background of the improvement of peoples living standard and the change of consumption concept,. The diversified supply market meets the demand of the popular and multi-scenario consumption. In fact, there are some contradictions in the supply and demand market. In order to seize the market, the consumption platforms lower the threshold, and college students with relatively blank credit information abuse financial products in order to meet their current needs. The upgrading of industrial structure, the barbaric growth of Internet lending and the weak risk awareness are the risk dilemma of College Students consumption at present. In order to regulate the market and strengthen rational consumption, we can start with the governments policy guidance, the construction of the platforms rating system, the school-led increased publicity and education, and the students active participation in understanding financial risks.

一、問題的提出
隨著電子商務、網絡消費等迅猛發展,互聯網消費金融悄然而生。政府大力鼓勵消費金融機構實現業務與服務的升級,拓寬金融產品的銷售渠道。互聯網消費金融產品種類也不斷增加且花樣繁多,大學生群體成為互聯網金融產品與服務發展的群體之一。當前中國互聯網金融處于起步發展階段,相關制度與監督體制均不完善,大學生群體的社會經驗、風險意識相應缺乏,互聯網金融暴露的風險與隱患在大學生校園貸中集中體現。崔德華(2011)認為提升大學生的風險防范能力是高等教育改革的新目標,各大高校要高度重視大學生風險意識教育。大學生學業、健康、就業、創業和網絡等風險意識需著重培養(繆克銀,2012)。互聯網金融帶給當代年輕人全新的體驗,極大滿足與刺激大學生的需求,緩解短期資金需求。……
