海南省對外貿易與產業結構優化升級

[摘 要]2018年海南省開始建立自由貿易試驗區，借此對外貿易也將實現快速發展。為了充分發揮對外貿易對產業結構優化升級的促進作用，對海南省對外貿易與產業結構的互動關系進行實證分析，結果表明：進口和出口均對三次產業具有明顯的促進作用;第三產業的發展對進口和出口具有明顯的促進作用;進口和出口是影響第一產業、第三產業波動的重要因素，并提出對策建議。

Abstract： Hainan Province began to establish a free trade area in 2018， and foreign trade will also achieve rapid development. In order to give full play to the role of foreign trade in promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure， this paper makes an empirical analysis of the interaction between foreign trade and industrial structure in Hainan Province. The results show that both import and export have obvious promoting effects on the three industries; the development of tertiary industry has obvious promoting effects on import and export; Import and export are important factors affecting the fluctuation of the primary and tertiary industries. Finally， some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.

自1988年海南建省以來，對外貿易快速發展，對外貿易的發展促進了生產要素的流動、提高了資源利用效率與中高端人才的流入，提升了海南省產業整體實力。對外貿易是一國國民經濟的重要組成部分，產業結構是衡量一國經濟發展程度的重要指標，二者在國民經濟發展中的作用和地位愈發顯著，互動關系也愈加明顯。目前海南全島正在積極建設自貿區（港），但仍然面臨著經濟下行的壓力，產業結構優化升級是進一步提升海南省整體競爭力和保持經濟穩定增長的關鍵步驟。因此，為實現可持續性發展，以海南省為研究對象，對其對外貿易與產業結構二者的關系進行實證分析，以期充分發揮對外貿易對產業結構優化升級的促進作用，進而形成二者良性互動的協調關系。
