[摘 要]中歐班列是運輸貨物的國際鐵路列車,帶動了中國和歐洲以及“一帶一路”沿線國家間的貿易發展。作為我國對外經貿大省之一,廣東是我國“一帶一路”建設中對外開放的重要節點,中歐班列的運行為廣東進出口貿易帶來了新的機遇與挑戰。提出政府要正確引導市場的規范運營,鼓勵企業提供多樣性、個性化的物流服務需求,發揮更大的效能,合理用地和規劃建設,考慮生態環境的承受能力,我國的物流企業要提高自身的積極主動性,需要調整產能結構和不斷創新運營模式。

Abstract: CHINA RAILWAY Express is an international railway train transporting goods, which promotes the development of trade between China and Europe as well as countries along the Belt and the Road. It is also an important part of the national Belt and Road strategic construction. As one of Chinas major provinces in foreign trade and economic cooperation, Guangdong is an important starting point for the opening up of China railway express in the Belt and Road construction, this brings new opportunities and challenges to Guangdongs import and export trade, and is of great significance to promote Guangdong the economic development. In this paper, we first introduce and analyze the development of China Railway Express, combined with the impact on Guangdongs international trade and international logistics, discuss the strategy of “Belt and Road” has brought opportunities and challenges to Guangdongs import and export trade.

隨著“一帶一路”建設的不斷發展,亞洲、歐洲和美洲等國家都成為了我國“一帶一路”建設的合作伙伴。目前,國際運輸服務網絡建設是“一帶一路”建設的重要內容之一,中歐班列尤其重要。截至2016年6月底,共有1881列的中歐班列投入運營,其中回程502列,進出口貿易額達170億美元。中歐班列的出現加深了我國與周邊國家的友好往來,隨著中國與周邊國家經濟文化交流的加深,中歐列車運行量逐漸增加,交貨時間大幅壓縮,大大降低了物流成本,運輸平臺得到進一步完善,服務水平不斷提高,“中歐班列”品牌效用日益增加。
廣東省在“一帶一路”倡議實施后,積極與21世紀海上絲綢之路沿線國家和地區實現了跨越式發展,并逐步發展成為中國對外經貿合作規模最大的省份之一。……
