從新通道出發 看重慶開放

2019年1月7日，重慶、廣西、貴州、甘肅、青海、新疆、云南、寧夏八省區市政府達成框架協議，合作共建中新（重慶）互聯互通項目國際陸海貿易新通道（以下簡稱“陸海新通道”）。

同一天，中新（重慶）多式聯運示范基地在兩江新區魚復園區奠基。建成后，它將依托果園港區和魚嘴貨運站，整合水運、鐵運、空運、公運等運輸方式，打造多式聯運物流示范作業區及配套園區，建成連接中歐跨境鐵路通道、“陸海新通道”和長江經濟帶的西部開發開放高地。

另一方面，這也是重慶發展多式聯運重要的一步棋。通過該基地，重慶將充分發揮通江達海、連接歐亞的節點作用，從而加快把重慶建設成內陸國際物流樞紐和口岸高地、內陸開放高地。

In January 7, 2019, provincial and municipal governments of Chongqing, Guangxi, Guizhou, Gansu,Qinghai, Xinjiang, Yunnan and Ningxia reached a framework agreement on the construction of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity, the new international land and sea trade channel (hereinafter referred to as "the new land and sea channel").

On the same day, the China-Singapore (Chongqing)multi-mode transportation demonstration base was launched in Yufu Park of Liangjiang New Area. When established, supported by Guoyuan Port and Yuzui Freight Station, it will integrate multiple transportation including water, railway, air and highway to create a multi-mode transportation logistics demonstration area and affiliated park, and become a cross-border railway passage connecting China and Europe, a new land and sea channel and an opening-up highland for the Western Development at the Yangtze River Economic Zone.

In addition, it is also a significant step in Chongqing's development of multi-mode transportation.By virtue of the base, Chongqing will give full play to its crucial role as a joint of the Yangtze River and the sea and the hub of China and Europe so as to accelerate to become an inland international logistics hub and an inland opening-up port and highland.

開放通道：形成互聯互通新格局

“陸海新通道”是重慶最重要的對外開放通道之一，砂之船公司在新交所的成功上市，是中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示范項目落戶重慶以來發掘和連通新加坡國際金融市場取得的一大突破，也是重慶內陸開放高地建設的真實縮影。

在“兩點”定位、“兩地”“兩高”目標的引領下，重慶統籌東南西北四個方向，依托鐵公水空四種方式，構建起了融入“一帶一路”和長江經濟帶的互聯互通新格局。

向東，依托長江黃金水道，長江外貿貨運量占比超過90%，貨值占比近50%。2018年新開通的渝甬鐵海聯運班列已開行143班，運輸集裝箱超1.5萬標箱。

向西，中歐班列（重慶）累計開行超3000班，2018年開行超過1000班，建設德國、俄羅斯等國外集散分撥點超過40個?！?br>
