健康大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)的“區(qū)塊鏈治理”

摘 ? 要：個(gè)人健康數(shù)據(jù)，是一個(gè)私密性領(lǐng)域，此類數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘和應(yīng)用，以前傳統(tǒng)的計(jì)算機(jī)平臺(tái)技術(shù)方式已經(jīng)不足以支撐。文章著重探討了應(yīng)用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)進(jìn)行治理的一些方法，但是并沒(méi)有過(guò)多的從區(qū)塊鏈“去中心化”“共識(shí)機(jī)制”等基本特性角度去論述，而從健康大數(shù)據(jù)采集到存儲(chǔ)、分析處理，直至應(yīng)用價(jià)值挖掘這樣的技術(shù)操作層面作闡述，提出了以區(qū)塊鏈架構(gòu)為底層的一種將“院內(nèi)院外”健康大數(shù)據(jù)作為應(yīng)用對(duì)象，以生命體不同體征數(shù)據(jù)，作全程、全面和全時(shí)的系統(tǒng)性處理的智聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)治理方案實(shí)例，讓它可以面向社會(huì)大眾人群，將原是私密的個(gè)人健康信息，應(yīng)用于相關(guān)行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域，變成社會(huì)的共同財(cái)富。

Abstract： Personal health data is a private field. The traditional computer platform system is not enough to support the mining and application of such data. This paper focuses on the application of blockchain technology for governance， but not from the perspective of the basic characteristics of blockchain， such as "decentralization"， "consensus mechanism"， etc.， but from the technical operation level of health big data， such as collection， storage， analysis and processing， and application value mining， it puts forward a kind of "hospital" based on blockchain architecture Taking "health big data outside the hospital" as the application object， the whole process， comprehensive and full-time systematic collection， analysis and processing of different vital signs data of the intelligent network platform blockchain Technology Governance scheme is carried out， and supported by the example of health data platform technology application， so that it can face the public， let the previously private personal health information be applied to related industries and fields， change Becoming the common wealth of the society is a brand-new application scheme of blockchain technology.

1 引言

未來(lái)的大健康主要依靠人工智能，往后三到五年醫(yī)療工作的80%會(huì)被人工智能所替代，人工智能醫(yī)療依靠的就是數(shù)據(jù)、大數(shù)據(jù)，它們就是原料。完整的、可信的、科學(xué)有效地個(gè)人健康數(shù)據(jù)是人工智能的基石。鄔賀銓院士說(shuō)“所謂大數(shù)據(jù)是指在允許的時(shí)間里，無(wú)法用常規(guī)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行抓取、管理和處理而產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)集合”[1]，這樣的對(duì)健康醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘和應(yīng)用，也已經(jīng)開(kāi)始為“阿里健康大數(shù)據(jù)”這樣的平臺(tái)所重視，但是采用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)和人工智能AI技術(shù)從采集、儲(chǔ)存、分析、應(yīng)用處理的全鏈條進(jìn)行“治理”的健康大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)所見(jiàn)還不多。
