摘 ? 要:目前,數據統計廣泛應用于社會經濟生活的各個方面,對醫療數據進行統計已成為醫院工作不可或缺的環節,然而傳統的方法存在數據篡改、信息泄露的風險。文章基于區塊鏈技術,提出了一種新型的醫療數據統計方案,利用區塊鏈的不可篡改性,有效避免了數據篡改的風險;使用同態加密和保序加密算法,實現鏈上數據的隱私保護;利用智能合約一方面對密文進行統計,確保統計結果的正確性;另一方面,實現在密文狀態下的數據排序。若某機構對排序結果存在異議,可向監管機構提出申請,監管機構通過解密鏈上數據進行結果審查,并將審查結果返回,實現結果可驗證。

Abstract: Data statistics work involves various aspects of socioeconomic activities nowadays, and the statistics of medical data has become an indispensable part of hospital work. While the traditional methods have the risk of data tampering and information leakage. Based on the blockchain technology, a new data statistical scheme is proposed in this paper. The non temperability of blockchain is utilized to effectively avoid the risk of data tampering. Homomorphic encryption algorithm is used to achieve the privacy protection of data on the chain. At the same time, the ciphertext is counted regularly by using the smart contract to ensure the correctness of the statistical results. On the other hand, the statistical results are encrypted with order preserving to achieve data sorting in ciphertext state. When an institution has any objection to the ranking results, it can apply to the supervisory authority, which will review the results by decrypting the data on the chain and return the review results, so that the results can be verified.

1 引言
統計是通過數字來揭露事務在一定時間內的數據變化規律,可有效幫助人們對事務進行定量分析,從而促進人們做出正確的決策[1]。大到對國家GDP、人口數據的統計,小到對學生成績統計,數據統計已涉及到社會、文化、國民經濟、人民生活等各個領域,通過統計可以實現對不同事務進行有聯系的定性分析。
