1Analysis of China's Natural Gas System Reform and Solutions to Urban Gas Enterprises

With the rapid growth of natural gas consumption and further improvement of oil and gas system reform in China, urban gas enterprises are facing higher requirement in terms of resource procurement, gas storage capacity, price transmission,and emergency support function. Firstly, this paper expounded current status of China's natural gas industry and the related policies of natural gas system reform.Secondly, it analyzed the effects of the operation of urban gas enterprises on natural gas system reform. Finally, in light of requirements of natural gas system reform, it proposed solutions to urban gas enterprises, such as changing management, enhancing propaganda of policies of natural gas system reform and formulating reasonable ladder gas price system, etc.

4Supply and Demand Analysis of Natural Gas Market in Heilongjiang Province

It is perfectly obvious that natural gas consumption has been far higher in the winter than in the summer in Heilongjiang province. The consumption is on the rise,domestic production (within Daqing oilfield) will not be able to keep up with the demand. The paper analyzed the status of natural gas source structure, natural gas consumption, and natural gas supply chain in Heilongjiang province. It also predicted natural gas supply and demand situation and bottleneck in the winter of 2018 based on 2017. The proposals for natural gas supply chain were presented to ensure the residential natural gas consumption, and be able to meet peak winter supply deficits key areas demands.

8Application of Energy Management and Control System in Oil and Gas EnterprisesThe State Administration of Work Safety stated that safety management and supervision of oil and gas pipeline would be supervised according to hazardous chemicals management regulations. However, the relevant regulations and technical standards regarding safety distance from oil & gas pipeline station to public roads were not updated accordingly. Misunderstandings of standards applied to a minimum safety distance from oil & gas pipeline station to public roads shall be clarified. The article suggested revising relevant regulations and technical standards as soon as possible to make sure that oil and gas long distance pipeline projects implement securely.

10Summary of Valve Body Material Selection in Oil and Gas Industry

The valve body material selection is very important to valve’s quality and performance in oil and gas industry. Valve body materials are classified into different groups according to ASTM standards. Valve body materials are sorted into four categories, carbon steel, high temperature steel, low temperature steel and stainless steel. This paper introduced chemical composition and mechanical properties of materials, and applied condition. An engineering case study was demonstrated for the selection principles of valve body materials.

15Facility Optimization to Improve Quality and Efficiency for Old Oilfield

After many years oilfield surface facilities operation in South Block of Lamadian Oilfield, the issues such as corrosion and aging of equipment, high layout density of regional storage station, unbalanced capacity of various systems, and problems related to plot plan and process flow need to be solved in the old oilfield region. According to strategic planning implementation and future development, the optimization, adjustment and transformation such as optimized layout and simplified process flow were accomplished step by step, the improvement of the quality and efficiency achieved.

26Technical and Economic Analysis of Crude Oil Storage and Transportation at Unloading Point

The wells of thin and poor reservoir with low production mostly are scattered and far away from built crude oil gathering and transportation system. The production fluids from oil wells are generally delivered to oil unloading points by tanker truck,and then transported to central processing facilities. The function of unloading point is designed to be an oil storage process. In this paper, the characteristics and adaptability based on oil storage process flow of unloading tank and unloading pit were discussed.As a study case, the process flow of unloading point receiving both crude oil and tanker was analyzed, an appropriate and optimized proposal was recommended.

38Optimizing Strategies and Effects on Oilfield Drainage System

An oil production plant in Daqing Oilfield is situated in the low valleys,where rainwater drainage systems may flood caused by heavy rain. The flooding of nearby farmland seriously affected normal farming and living of villagers. Based on drainage systems in A and B areas in the oil production plant, the technical measures to drainage system such as rerouting, revamping, expansion and cleaning were accomplished so that rainstorm water flow can be led from roadside ditches into branch canals and eventually into main canals. After the reconstruction, the drainage system capacity in A and B areas has been greatly improved, and no crop damage and environmental hazards caused by flooding so far.

41Data Management System Development in Hydrogen Sulfide Information for Oil and Gas Field

Oil and gas reservoirs contained hydrogen sulfide and high sulfur content blocks have been found in Sichuan Basin during oil and gas exploration and development. A valuable and large amount of hydrogen sulfide data was collected. In order to effectively utilize this information, hydrogen sulfide data management system was set up. The modern information technology system helped achieving management of hydrogen sulfide data, integrated query display and retrieval services.Combining with geographic information system, the location of well and distribution of hydrogen sulfide can be showed, which can provide effective data support for well drilling, geological engineering design and construction.

43A Check Method of Natural Gas Production Transportation and Sale Planning Scheme based on KWS Script of TGNET Software

The balance of production, transportation and sale of natural gas is basic work of natural gas market plan. In order to make the planning scheme closer to reality and realize closed-loop management of planning business, it is necessary to carry out a verification of production, transportation and sale scheme. At present, EXCEL date format of the natural gas planning scheme is mainly submitted to natural gas operating enterprises and to be checked through pipe network simulation software. The efficiency of this checking method is low because of huge workloads of data inputting manually to conversion, and debugging simulation models. This paper briefly introduced a method of planning scheme checking base on KWS script of TGNET software. In practical application, the method was embedded into the optimization software of natural gas production, transportation and sale, which can realize the automatic transformation from balance optimizing model to process checking model and greatly improve the checking efficiency.
