基于人工智能技術的新型電力營業廳研究

摘 要：在互聯網技術不斷發展、網絡大數據庫逐漸完善以及科學信息技術日益革新等因素的共同作用下，人工智能（Artificial Intelligence，英文縮寫為“AI”）技術已被廣泛應用于我國的電力營業廳中，為電力營業廳服務質量和服務效率的提升創造了十分有利的環境。文章在參考前人研究結果的基礎上，對人工智能的行業概況進行了簡短的介紹，并結合筆者多年的工作經驗，提出了幾點將人工智能技術運用于新型電力營業廳的建議，以供各位讀者參考。

Abstract：Artificial Intelligence（AI）technology has been widely used in power business halls in China under the joint effect of the continuous development of Internet technology，the gradual improvement of large network databases and the increasing innovation of science and information technology. The promotion has created a very powerful environment. On the basis of previous research results，this paper briefly introduces the general situation of AI industry，and puts forward some suggestions on the application of AI technology in the new power business hall for your reference.

0 引 言

隨著市場經濟體制不斷完善，我國電力行業所面臨的競爭壓力也在不斷增大，很多領導人都在紛紛探索快速滿足消費者需求、積極擴充市場占有率的道路。尤其是科學技術快速發展、國民消費水平日益提高以及電力能源蘊藏的專業性和技術性逐漸增強，傳統以人作為電力營業廳主要服務者的弊端也在不斷顯現，很難有效滿足國民日益增長的消費需求和服務需求。而人工智能技術的運用，則能有效地避免這一不足。例如，在傳統的醫療機構營業廳中，醫護工作人員每天都需要向大量的患者解釋相同的疾病問題，這使得醫護工作人員承擔著巨大的工作壓力，而將人工智能技術運用于醫療領域中，不僅可以全天候地為患者提供舒心、真誠的服務，同時還能有效地減輕醫護工作人員的壓力，從而緩解和消除醫患之間的矛盾。……
