產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型時期廣東省高職物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應用技術專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式探究

摘 要：隨著廣東省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)對高素質(zhì)高技能人才提出了更迫切、更具體的需求，為高職院校物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。筆者分析當前形勢以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)人才崗位需求，提出了調(diào)整物聯(lián)網(wǎng)人才培養(yǎng)模式的建議。

Research on Talents Training Mode of Applied Networking Technology in Higher

Vocational Education in Guangdong During the Period of Industrial Transformation

Abstract：With the economic development and industrial restructuring of Guangdong province，the internet of things industry has put forward more urgent and specific requirements for high-quality and high-skilled personnel，which has brought challenges and opportunities for the development of the internet of things specialty in higher vocational colleges. The author analyzes the current situation and the post demand of the internet of things professionals，and puts forward some suggestions to adjust the training mode of the internet of things professionals.

0 引 言

物聯(lián)網(wǎng)是一個融合了計算機、通信、網(wǎng)絡、智能計算機、傳感器、嵌入式系統(tǒng)、微電子等多個技術領域的綜合性交叉學科。截止2018年，以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)或物聯(lián)網(wǎng)方向進行招生的廣東省內(nèi)高校已經(jīng)有55所，其中本科院校達20所，高職高專院校達35所。但通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，因物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)的學科的交叉性，使得目前廣東省內(nèi)高職院校物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應用技術專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)目標和課程設置上存在偏差。隨著廣東省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)對高素質(zhì)高技能人才的需求提出了更迫切、更具體的要求，為高職院校的改革和發(fā)展帶來了挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。

1 廣東省產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響

1.1 廣東省物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈基本形成

廣東處于珠三角的核心地帶，在信息化基礎設施和通信網(wǎng)絡建設上已經(jīng)基本覆蓋。由于廣東省的地理位置優(yōu)勢及基礎產(chǎn)業(yè)的特色，加上廣東省政府重視，依次發(fā)布了《關于加快發(fā)展物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設智慧廣東的實施意見》《促進物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展建設智慧廣東的行動方案（2011-2012）》，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)在廣東迎來了一個巨大……
