超高頻RFID技術在倉儲管理中的應用

摘 要：在激烈的市場競爭壓力下，傳統(tǒng)的以人工記錄為主或者以條形碼為主的倉庫管理手段已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展要求。超高頻RFID技術作為一種成熟先進的技術，具有遠距離、群讀、低成本和低功耗等優(yōu)勢，可以便捷地對倉庫貨物的出入庫、移庫、庫存盤點等各個作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的數(shù)據(jù)進行自動化的數(shù)據(jù)采集，保證物流與供應鏈管理各個環(huán)節(jié)數(shù)據(jù)輸入的速度和準確性，使企業(yè)在對倉儲物資的管理上更加高效、準確、科學。本文通過分析倉儲管理的現(xiàn)狀，介紹了一套超高頻RFID倉庫管理系統(tǒng)，重點討論了該系統(tǒng)在智能倉儲管理中的應用。

Application of Ultra High Frequency RFID Technology in Warehouse Management

Abstract：Under the pressure of fierce market competition，the traditional warehouse management methods based on manual records or barcodes cannot meet the development requirements of enterprises. As a mature and advanced technology，Ultra High Frequency RFID Technology has the advantages of long-distance，group reading，low cost and low power consumption，which can conveniently facilitate the automated data collection in the process of inventory input，output，transfer，stocking，and other operations. UHF RFID can ensure the speed and accuracy of data input in all aspects of logistics and supply chain management，which makes the inventory management more efficient，accurate and scientific for enterprises. In this manuscript，we introduced a set of UHF RFID warehouse management system by analyzing the current situation in this field，focusing on the application of the system in intelligent warehouse management.

0 引 言

倉儲在物流系統(tǒng)中起著緩沖、調(diào)節(jié)、平衡的作用，是物流的中心環(huán)節(jié)之一，同時也是配送的前提與保障。近些年，條形碼技術、ERP系統(tǒng)、WMS系統(tǒng)的廣泛應用，大大提升了倉管庫管理的自動化水平。但是企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭壓力下，還需要尋求新的技術手段，提高倉庫管理的效率，減少資源浪費，降低經(jīng)營成本。

1 倉儲管理面臨的問題與挑戰(zhàn)

在早些年的倉庫管理中，以每個倉庫管理者自行制定編碼規(guī)則為主，基本是人工進行記錄和統(tǒng)計，庫房管理難以做到帳面數(shù)量和實物數(shù)量相符。庫房管理人員工作量大，工作強度高，速度慢、效率低。尤其是采用手工數(shù)據(jù)記錄，出差錯的概率高。各類庫房操作數(shù)據(jù)記錄在各種不同的賬本中，查詢統(tǒng)計很不方便。……
