摘 要:隨著互聯網設備的快速發展,全球的數據量正以驚人的速度增長,對當今和未來的科技、經濟發展以及社會生產、生活帶來重大影響。焊接是工業生產的一種關鍵工藝,焊接設備的智能控制和數據記錄更是國內外焊接專業科研工作者的研究熱點。隨著工業4.0時代的到來,開發智能化的焊接參數采集終端、利用網絡技術實時傳輸焊接過程參數,并通過大數據分析手段,建立基于焊接設備的實時監測與數據分析系統,實現對焊接作業的全過程監控與分析,對工程項目焊接設備運行數據進行分析,精確掌握焊接資源投入、精確把控焊接人工時、提高焊接工效、提升項目管理水平,對于提升企業經濟效益具有較高的價值。

Design of Real-time Monitoring and Data Analysis System Based on Welding Equipment

Abstract:With the rapid development of internet equipment has led to a dramatic increase in the global data volume,which has a great impact on the development of science and technology,economy,social production and life in the future and in the future. Welding is a key process in industrial production. Intelligent control and data recording of welding equipment is a research hotspot of welding professional researchers at home and abroad. With the arrival of industrial 4.0,intelligent welding parameter collection terminal is developed,and network technology is used to transmit welding parameters in real time. By means of large data analysis,a real-time monitoring and data analysis system based on welding equipment is established to realize the monitoring and analysis of the whole process of the welding operation and welding of the project. The operation data of the equipment is analyzed,the input of the welding resources,the precision welding time,the welding efficiency and the management level of the project are improved,which has high value for the promotion of the economic benefit of the enterprise.

1 項目焊接管理中存在的問題
焊接作為一種特殊工藝過程,在建筑安裝企業的生產過程中發揮著關鍵性作用,但是在目前的項目焊接管理中還存在如下問題。
1.1 焊接功效缺乏有效數據進行統計分析
目前的焊接生產普遍缺乏統計分析、數據追溯、定期報表等手段,導致現代管理理念在焊接生產中難以推廣。
焊接效率不高的原因在于沒有對大量數據進行統計和分析,導致項目整體管理水平難以得到提高。焊接施工在設備和人員的調配、焊接工時的指定等方面都僅僅靠簡單的通用項目管理系統和管理人員的經驗來管理,對于設備的利用率缺乏準確的數據統計和分析,對于焊接工時的制定缺乏科學量化的依據?!?br>
