摘 要:本文針對目前國內(nèi)供電營業(yè)廳發(fā)票打印的現(xiàn)狀及存在的業(yè)務(wù)需求,對各供電營業(yè)廳發(fā)票打印排隊時間長、發(fā)票打印不規(guī)范等現(xiàn)狀開展研究,探討建立基于多種認證模式、多種電力票據(jù)自助打印的電力自助票據(jù)打印終端。依據(jù)《國家電網(wǎng)公司關(guān)于堅持以客戶為中心進一步提升優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)水平的意見》中有關(guān)“深化互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+營銷服務(wù),拓展服務(wù)新模式”的通知,分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)中人臉識別等先進技術(shù),提出了融合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)先進技術(shù)的自助票據(jù)打印終端建設(shè)方案,并構(gòu)建了電子自助票據(jù)打印的應(yīng)用場景,為供電營業(yè)廳拓展服務(wù)新模式提供了有益借鑒。

Application Research of Electric Self-service Bill Printing Terminal

Abstract:This paper aims at the current status and existing business requirements of power supply business halls in China,this paper studies the long queuing time of invoice printing and irregular invoice printing in power supply business halls,and discusses the establishment of power self-service bill printing terminal based on multiple authentication modes and various power bill self-printing. According to the notice of the national Power Grid Corp on Adhering to Customer Centered and Further Improving the Quality of Service,the notice of “deepening Internet plus marketing services and expanding the new service mode” has analyzed advanced technologies such as face recognition in internet technology,and put forward self-help bills that integrate advanced technologies of Internet and Internet of things. The construction scheme of printing terminal and the application scenario of electronic self-service bill printing are constructed,which provides a useful reference for the power supply business hall to develop new service mode.

0 引 言
為深化“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+營銷服務(wù)”,拓展服務(wù)新模式,進一步落實以客戶為中心提升優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)水平的任務(wù)要求,同時結(jié)合國內(nèi)電子發(fā)票的發(fā)展趨勢,福建網(wǎng)能科技開發(fā)有限責任公司結(jié)合國家電網(wǎng)公司“始于客戶需求、終于客戶滿意”的最終目標,提出了開展電力自助票據(jù)打印研究與應(yīng)用。
國內(nèi)目前在自助票據(jù)打印方面,中國移動和中國聯(lián)通等電信行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè)都已開始使用自助開票終端進行機打發(fā)票的開具,并且產(chǎn)品正在慢慢被顧客所接受和喜愛。但是目前電力行業(yè)的自助發(fā)票打印裝置建設(shè)尚處于起步階段,現(xiàn)有的打印裝置僅支持電費清單打印或者僅支持電子發(fā)票打印,其功能有待進一步修正與完善。……
