高校管理信息化建設現狀及對策淺議

摘 要：實現高等院校教學管理的信息化，是適應當前整體社會發展需求的一項重要舉措。在此基礎上，可以實現學校教育服務能力、整體監管能力的大幅度提高，同時，實現在網絡平臺上集成管理與服務兩項功能。高等院校的信息化，就是在教學管理中應用現代信息與通訊技術，在網絡上實現管理與服務兩項功能。高等院校在發展的過程中為適應社會的發展，需要不斷接收并開發信息，提高管理效率、增強調控能力以及提高決策水平。不同高校都在為實現高效管理而進行信息化建設的嘗試，內容包括如何實現信息資源的共享、如何簡化工作流程等等。信息化管理對于高校發展具有至關重要的作用，發展信息化管理已經勢在必行。

Abstract：To realize the informationization of teaching management in colleges and universities is an important measure to meet the needs of the current overall social development. On this basis，the school education service ability and the overall supervision ability can be greatly improved. At the same time，the two functions of integrated management and service can be realized on the network platform. The informationization of colleges and universities is the application of modern information and communication technology in teaching management to realize the two functions of management and service on the network. In order to adapt to the development of society，colleges and universities need to continuously receive and develop information，improve management efficiency，enhance the ability of regulation and control，and improve the level of decision-making. Different colleges and universities are trying to achieve efficient management of information construction，including how to achieve the sharing of information resources，how to simplify the workflow and so on. Information management plays a vital role in the development of colleges and universities. It is imperative to develop information management.

0 引 言

在高等院校管理過程中，管理工作占有重要位置。尤其是在大數據時代背景之下，整個社會環境都處于信息洪流之中。各個行業都已經開始大力發展信息化建設。信息化為各行業的發展帶來了更大的發展空間，高等院校也不例外。

1 制約高等院校信息化建設的因素

高校管理工作還處在由傳統方式向信息化建設的轉變時期，因此工作難度大較大，傳統的管理模式程序繁瑣，已經不能適應當前的管理需要。保障高等院校的管理工作向著信息化的標準發展，不斷對高等院校的信息化管理系統進行完善，提升高校的管理水平，就應該在各個環節上加以重視，為院校的可持續發展做好準備。……
