農業教育信息化建設中信息資源規劃與管理研究

摘 要：當前我國農業教育的信息化發展存在困境，我國的農業要取得進一步的發展必須進行信息化建設，在此基礎上結合信息資源規劃和管理的相關理論才能夠促進我國農業的發展。本文主要針對農業教育資源信息化規劃及管理進行了討論和分析，對二者之間的關系進行了探究，提出了相應的任務，對促進我國農業教育信息化的信息資源規劃與管理有著重要的意義。

Research on Information Resource Planning and Management in

Agricultural Education Informatization Construction

Absrtact：At present，there are some difficulties in the development of agricultural education informatization in China. To achieve further development of agriculture in China，we must carry out informatization construction，and on this basis，we can promote the development of agriculture in China by combining the relevant theories of information resources planning and management. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the planning and management of agricultural education resources informatization，explores the relationship between them，and puts forward the corresponding tasks，which is of great significance to promote the planning and management of agricultural education resources informatization in China.

0 引 言

信息化在我國現代化建設中有著非常重要的地位，通過信息化對我國的傳統產業進行改造，帶動產業的工業化發展。農業作為我國的基礎產業，自古以來都是我們賴以生存的產業。而信息化的出現使得我國的農業向現代化農業轉變，主要是利用信息化技術，通過科技的力量來促進農業的進步，保持農業的穩定發展。但是信息化的應用需要人才，沒有足夠的人才是無法充分地應用信息化技術的，尤其是在農村等地區，亟需新型的農業人才來發展農業信息化，因此農業教育就顯得尤為重要。

在我國的信息化建設中，農業教育的信息化建設是非常重要的一個組成部分，經過改革開放我國的農業教育信息化已經逐漸開始起步，但是在發展的過程中依然存在眾多的問題，區域發展不平衡，產業結構不合理以及出現的農業教育信息孤島等情況都是我國農業教育信息化發展不順暢的結果。……
