數據中心節能優化路徑探析

摘 要：金融部門是經濟系統的核心，依托金融信息系統，資金流通速度加快，各項金融業務呈現便利、快捷的趨勢。作為金融業務的支撐基礎，金融部門數據中心能耗也在隨業務增長逐年增加，與綠色金融不相一致，耗費大量的運營成本，能耗水平已不符合國家政策要求和標準。本文從分析某金融系統省級數據中心能耗現狀出發，從技術、文化、管理等角度，探討降低EEUE值、提高能效的多種路徑。

——Take a provincial data centre of a financial system as an example

Abstract：The financial sector is the core of the economic system，relying on the financial information system，the speed of capital circulation is accelerated，and various financial services show a convenient and fast trend.As the support base of financial business，the energy consumption of data center in financial sector is increasing year by year with the business growth，which is inconsistent with green finance，consumes a lot of operating costs，and the energy consumption level has not met the national policy requirements and standards. From the point of view of technology，culture and management，this paper analyzes the current energy consumption situation of provincial data center in a financial system，and explores various ways to reduce EEUE value and improve energy efficiency.

0 引 言

十八屆五中全會提出“綠色、創新、協調、開放、共享”五大發展理念，指導著我國“十三五”及未來的發展方式，“綠色”是我國未來發展的趨勢，而降低能耗是其主要的途徑。

為了對能耗進行定量衡量，我國制定了能耗標準，用EEUE計算機房能耗，EEUE=數據中心總電能消耗量/信息設備電能消耗量，而國際上采用PUE值對其進行衡量。為促進綠色數據中心的發展，工信部提出了政府采購傾向綠色數據中心、從傳統架構向云架構轉移、開展存量數據中心技術創新與節能工作以及制定數據中心能效標準等四項原則。目前作為社會的重要基礎設施，數據中心耗電量占全球總耗電量的比例為1.1%～1.5%。存量數據中心提高能效，降低能耗、提高資源利用率，降低整體運營成本，對建設美麗中國有重要的意義。
