中小型水電站機電設備安裝與管理

摘 要：近年來隨著社會經濟的快速發展，我國在經濟增長方面取得了驚人的成就，但同時，我國的生態環境也遭到了嚴重的破壞。隨著我國可持續發展戰略的不斷推進，生態文明建設逐漸被納入中國特色社會主義事業五位一體總體布局中。應用水力發電就是目前我國保護生態環境的措施之一，但是就目前來說，我國的水力發電仍然存在著一些問題。本文從我國中小型水電站機電設備的安裝與管理方面出發，對當前的問題進行分析，并提出一些優化措施。

Installation and Management of Electromechanical Equipment for Small and

Medium Sized Hydropower Stations

Abstract：In recent years，with the rapid development of social economy，China has made amazing achievements in economic growth，but at the same time，China’s ecological environment has also been seriously damaged. With the continuous advance of sustainable development strategy in China，the construction of ecological civilization has been gradually incorporated into the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The application of hydroelectric power generation is one of the measures to protect the ecological environment in our country at present，but at present，there are still some problems in hydroelectric power generation in our country. From the aspects of installation and management of mechanical and electrical equipment of medium and small hydropower stations in China，this paper analyzes the current problems and puts forward some optimization measures.

1 中小型水電站機電設備安裝技術的發展

隨著我國科學技術的不斷發展，我國中小型水電站機電設備安裝技術有了卓越的進步。我國中小型水電站機電設備安裝技術主要有虛擬裝配技術和信息技術。其中的虛擬裝配技術是一個新的安裝技術，其主要作用是提前預測水電站機電設備安裝過程的安全性以及科學性，這個主要是針對中小型水電站機電設備，比如機電設備的可拆卸性、可裝配性以及可維修性等。虛擬裝配技術主要是通過提前虛擬安裝一個中小型水電站機電設備的模型來預測在現實中安裝中小型水電站機電設備的可靠性和安全性，并解決在實際安裝過程中可能遇到的問題，從而保證實際設備安裝能夠順利進行，保障安裝過程中設備的質量和安全。另外信息技術是指將水電站機電設備安裝與信息技術相結合，使計算機技術的發展帶動我國中小型水電站機電設備安裝技術的發展。……
