數字資源后臺管理系統研究

摘 要：隨著數字資源建設的日新月異，資源類型的多樣化，數字資源開發企業把更多的建設目標放在展示資源呈現及導航服務的網站前臺上，往往忽視了后臺管理系統功能的設計。現階段不同的數字資源平臺的后臺管理系統功能各異，行業內缺少平臺建設的統一標準，對后臺管理系統功能評價的研究也幾乎處于空白狀態。針對上述問題，本文以我校部分數字資源后臺管理系統為研究對象，詳細研究并分析了現有系統功能模塊的設計，為自行設計后臺管理系統及現有平臺系統升級提供參考模型，從而推動數字資源建設的發展。

Research on Digital Resource Backstage Management System

Abstract：With the rapid development of digital resources construction and the diversification of resource types，digital resource development enterprises put more construction objectives on the website foreground of displaying resource presentation and navigation services，often ignoring the design of background management system functions. At present，the functions of background management systems of different digital resource platforms are different，and there is a lack of unified standards for platform construction in the industry. The research on the evaluation of background management system functions is almost blank. In view of the above problems，this paper takes part of the digital resources background management system in our school as the research object，studies and analyzes the design of the existing system functional modules in detail，provides a reference model for the self-designed background management system and the existing platform system upgrade，thus promoting the development of digital resources construction.

1 數字資源后臺管理系統研究的現狀及意義

數字資源后臺管理系統主要用于對數字資源前臺的信息進行管理，如文字、圖片、影音和其他日常使用文件的發布、更新、刪除等操作，同時也包括會員信息、訂單信息、訪客信息的統計和管理。簡單來說就是對網站、數據庫和文件進行快速操作，以使前臺內容能夠得到及時更新和調整。數字資源后臺管理系統的主要用途是管理數字資源后臺大量繁雜的數據和信息，為管理員提供管理網站、數據庫和文件的入口，使系統的運營維護更加高效便捷[1]。

近年來，隨著數字資源建設的發展，各大高校相繼引入了大量的數字資源，比如圖書、期刊、論文、視頻和模擬系統等，也自行研發原生文獻加工平臺，盡管每個平臺都有后臺管理系統，但功能卻千差萬別，有些后臺管理系統的設置不全面，導致一些功能無法實現，不能滿足用戶的需求。……
