毛冬青外治婦產科腹部術后切口感染40例

【摘 要】 目的：觀察毛冬青煎液在婦產科術后腹部切口感染應用后效果。方法：選取婦產科手術后腹部切口感染病例80例，隨機分為對照組與觀察組各40例。對照組行常規傷口處理，觀察組用自制毛冬青液處理傷口，觀察兩組傷口愈合時間與紅腫消退情況。結果：觀察組傷口愈合時間比對照組明顯縮短，傷口紅腫消退快，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：毛冬青液外治婦產科腹部術后切口感染，能縮短愈合時間，紅腫消退快，值得臨床推廣應用。

Abstract：Objective To obsevve the treatment effect of decoction from pubescent holly root on red swelling and infection of postoperative abdominal incision of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 80 patients with postoperative abdominal incision infection were enrolled in，40 of the wound was washed with homemade pubescent holly root lotion while the same wound of another 40of the same period was treated with the routine method as control.The healing time of the two groups and the regression of redness and swelling were observed.Results Compared with the control， the wound healing time was significantly shorter and the red swelling reduced faster.The results were statistically significant （P <0.05）.Conclusion After the treatment of abdominal postoperative incision infection of obstetrics and gynecology with Chinese herbal medicine pubescent holly root lotion， the healing time was shorter， swelling reduced rapidly， and worth popularizing.

婦產科腹部手術切口感染是指術后傷口愈合時期細菌、真菌、病毒等病原體從傷口侵入，引發傷口、局部或全身性的炎癥反應，是臨床手術常見并發癥[1]。傷口感染多伴隨紅腫癥狀，影響傷口愈合，且常規處理療效不佳。中草藥毛冬青具有活血通脈、消腫止痛、清熱解毒功效[2] ，民間常應用毛冬青處理外傷、燙傷、潰瘍久不愈合的傷口，療效較好。基于此，筆者選取40例患者，觀察毛冬青在婦產科術后傷口感染的臨床應用，具體報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 選取2014年6月至2017年6月我院治療婦產科術后腹部切口感染患者80例，隨機分為觀察組和對照組各40例。對照組年齡18～59歲，平均年齡（36.45±11.94）歲；觀察組年齡20～60歲，平均年齡（36.13±11.11）歲；傷口長度、深度以面積計算，對照組和平均（18.83±13.49）cm2，觀察組切口平均面積（20.45±13.08）cm2。兩組年齡、傷口長度、深度等一般資料比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 毛冬青水的制作 取生品毛冬青（葉和莖）250g加自來水2000mL浸泡30min，煮沸后，文火煎煮30min，后將殘渣有效濾出，裝入100mL消毒玻璃瓶內，經壓力蒸汽滅菌后備用，有效期7d。……
