2018年市政府港澳辦與港澳政協委員新春聯誼

1月27日，市政府港澳辦與來渝參加市政協第五屆一次會議的港澳委員舉行了新春工作聯誼。市政協副主席張玲、市政府副秘書長李謙、市政府港澳辦主任吳康明、市商務委副主任宋剛、市政協港澳臺僑和外事委員會專職副主任何禮兵、市工商聯副主席王進等領導出席了活動。市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜主持了新春工作聯誼活動，市政府港澳辦全體辦領導出席。

市政府港澳辦主任吳康明在致辭中回顧了過去一年重慶經濟社會發展的成績，對各位港澳委員為重慶的發展與建設作出的貢獻表示感謝，并希望港澳委員能一如既往支持重慶、獻計重慶、興業重慶、扎根重慶，在共同發展中實現互利共贏。

港澳政協委員代表黃祖仕在致辭中對市政府港澳辦長期以來對在渝港澳同胞和企業的大力幫助和支持表達了感謝，并表示所有港澳委員將一如既往關心、關注和支持重慶經濟社會發展，積極建言獻策，為重慶建設內陸開放高地、山清水秀美麗之地作出貢獻。

市政協副主席張玲表示，去年黨的十九大勝利召開，黨中央高度關注港澳兩地的長期繁榮穩定，支持港澳融入國家發展大局，全面推進內地與港澳的互利合作，特別呼吁港澳同胞同祖國人民共擔民族復興的歷史責任，共享祖國繁榮富強的榮光。在大開放、大發展的新形勢下，渝港澳三地要加強戰略對接，拓展三地在專業服務、金融、法律、科技等方面的合作，共同創新發展，擴大人文交流。

吳康明會見韓國新任駐成都總領事張蹄壑

1月18日，市政府外事僑務辦主任吳康明會見了韓國新任駐成都總領事張蹄壑。

吳康明對張蹄壑總領事的到任表示歡迎，并簡要介紹了重慶市經濟社會發展情況。吳康明說，重慶與韓國的友好交往歷史悠久，雙方人員往來頻繁，地方合作緊密，人文交流活動豐富多彩，經貿合作迅速發展。特別是去年底，韓國文在寅總統一行成功訪問重慶，對進一步加強雙方交流與合作起到積極促進作用。重慶市政府外事僑務辦將與韓國駐成都總領事館繼續加強友好而務實的聯系與合作，促進雙方在各領域的合作更上一個臺階。

張蹄壑表示，很榮幸能到中國西南地區任職，重慶戰略地位重要，發展勢頭強勁，韓國國內看好重慶的發展，許多韓國企業在渝投資經營，雙方合作潛力巨大。希望重慶市政府外事僑務辦一如既往地支持他本人及韓領館的工作，韓領館將積極吸引更多的韓國企業、韓國僑民來渝發展，期待雙方在已有的合作基礎上，繼續保持緊密聯系，推動更廣更深領域的務實合作。

法國圖盧茲市代表團來渝訪問

1月14日—16日，法國圖盧茲市副市長瓦爾蒂基耶女士應邀率團來渝訪問。重慶市副市長劉桂平于1月15日會見代表團一行，就進一步加強兩市在經貿、文旅、衛生及教育等領域合作，促進友城關系深入發展交換了意見。市政府外事僑務辦副主任王雯陪同會見并與代表團就兩市友城交流進行了工作會談。

瓦爾蒂基耶基副市長表示，重慶的蓬勃發展令人印象深刻，將繼續攜手重慶加強互動交流，共同推動雙方在經貿人文等領域務實合作，促進友城關系深入發展，造福雙方人民。在渝期間，代表團還分別與市交委、市旅游局、重慶機場集團和重慶市部分旅游機構代表進行座談，探討促進雙方在航空旅游方面的合作事宜；考察了重慶醫科大學附屬第一醫院、四川外國語大學和重慶市美術館，就繼續深化兩市在衛生、教育和文化領域的合作進行座談交流。

唐文赴京拜會越南、馬來西亞駐華大使及中國—東盟中心相關負責人

1月22日—23日， 市政府外事僑務辦副主任唐文率亞洲處負責人赴北京，分別拜會了越南駐華大使鄧明魁、馬來西亞駐華大使拿督·扎伊努丁·葉海亞，以及中國—東盟中心綜合協調部主任黃英，就重慶與越南、馬來西亞繼續加強經貿往來、助推地方合作、推動友好校際合作，以及重慶與中國—東盟中心加強在“一帶一路”、經貿、旅游等領域的合作、助推重慶內陸開放高地建設等話題進行了交流。

鄧明魁大使、葉海亞大使分別表示，將大力推動兩地人員互訪和多領域合作，并將結合當地優勢和重慶的特點，加強互聯互通，推動兩地務實合作。黃英表示，中國—東盟中心愿與重慶市政府外事僑務辦加強溝通聯系，結合重慶自身優勢及今年中國與東盟的合作主題，積極探討推進相關項目，促進雙方互利共贏的發展。

楊大慶赴大渡口區參加暖僑敬老活動

1月4日，市政府外事僑務辦副主任楊大慶赴大渡口區建勝鎮新雨社區參加暖僑敬老活動，該社區組織僑界文娛骨干上演了以“愛滿建勝·情暖僑心”為主題的文藝演出，讓現場老年歸僑僑眷感受到有人惦念、有人陪伴帶來的溫暖。活動現場還利用展板組織黨的十九大精神暨涉僑法律法規宣傳，讓歸僑僑眷和普通群眾進一步了解和掌握法律知識。楊大慶一行還對社區患病及家庭困難的歸僑僑眷進行走訪慰問。

在市政府外事僑務辦的精心組織下，此次全市系統“暖僑敬老”活動為期一個月，陸續開展了走訪慰問、幫困救助、生活服務、親情陪伴等一系列關愛幫扶活動。

張婭茜與香港特區政府駐重慶聯絡處座談

1月30日，市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜與香港特區政府駐重慶聯絡處主任蘇紫賢一行座談，總結2017年渝港交流工作，研究今年渝港交流計劃。港澳處全體人員參加了座談。

會上，蘇紫賢通報了今年香港擬在渝開展的重要文化經貿活動。張婭茜表示，在前幾年的渝港交流工作中，市政府港澳辦與香港特區政府駐重慶聯絡處一直秉持相互支持、合作的良好傳統。今年將繼續發揮這一優良傳統，加深合作，擬在高層互訪、渝港大型活動、區縣聯合調研、搭建平臺等四方面進行深度合作。

王廣成會見南亞友好組織代表

1月12日，市友協副會長王廣成會見了尼泊爾尼中經貿協會主席阿努伯、孟中文化經濟民眾通訊中心主席阿爾塔夫、斯里蘭卡—中國社會和文化合作協會會長阿貝塞克拉一行。

王廣成向客人介紹了重慶市的經濟社會發展情況，回顧了與南亞各友好組織之間的友好合作，表達了希望與南亞各組織在企業交流、文化交流等領域進一步加強交流的愿望。阿努伯、阿爾塔夫和阿貝塞克拉分別介紹了各自協會與中國各地開展交流的情況，對王廣成的提議給予了積極回應。

2018 New Year Sodality Held by Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government and the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference Hong Kong and Macao Committee

On January 27， Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government held the 2018 New Year Sodality with the representatives of the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference （CPPCC） Hong Kong and Macao Committee who came to Chongqing to attend the First Session of the Fifth CPPCC Chongqing Committee. Many leaders attended the sodality including Zhang Ling， Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Chongqing Committee， Li Qian， Deputy Secretary-General of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， Wu Kangming， Director of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， Song Gang， Deputy Director of Chongqing Commerce Commission， He Libing， Full-Time Deputy Director of Committee for Liaison with Hong Kong， Macao， Taiwan， Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs of the CPPCC Chongqing Committee， and Wang Jin， Vice Chairman of Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce. Zhang Yaqian， Deputy Director of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， presided over the 2018 New Year Sodality， and all leaders of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government attended the sodality.

In his remark， Director Wu Kangming made a review of achievements in the social and economic development of Chongqing over the past year， showed his appreciation for members of the CPPCC Hong Kong and Macao Committee for their contributions to the development and construction of Chongqing， and expressed his wish that the CPPCC Hong Kong and Macao Committee would， as it had always done， support Chongqing， offer suggestions to Chongqing， start new enterprises in Chongqing and take root in Chongqing to realize mutual benefits through common development.

In his speech， Huang Zushi， a representative of the CPPCC Hong Kong and Macao Committee， expressed his thanks to Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government for its long-term help and support to Hong Kong and Macao compatriots and enterprises in Chongqing and said that all the members of the CPPCC Hong Kong and Macao Committee would continue to be concerned about， pay close attention to and support the social and economic development of Chongqing and actively offer suggestions to Chongqing to make contributions to building Chongqing into an inland open-up height and a beautiful place of picturesque scenery.

Zhang Ling， Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Chongqing Committee， indicated that in the past year， the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） had been held with outstanding achievements， and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China attached great importance to the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao， supported Hong Kong and Macao to participate in Chinas overall development， comprehensively advanced mutually beneficial cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao， especially appealed Hong Kong and Macao compatriots to shoulder historical responsibility of realizing national rejuvenation and share the fruits from the prosperity of our motherland with the people of the mainland. Under the new situation of wide opening-up and great development， Chongqing， Hong Kong and Macao should increase complementarity between the development strategies of the three regions， expand cooperation in fields including professional services， finance， law and technology， make mutual innovation and development， and facilitate cultural exchanges.

Wu Kangming Met with Mr. Zhang Tihe

On January 18， Wu Kangming， Director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， met with Mr. Zhang Tihe， new Consul-General of the Republic of Korea in Chengdu.

Wu Kangming extended welcome to Consul-General Zhang Tihe and briefed about the economic and social development of Chongqing. Wu Kangming said that Chongqing and Korea enjoyed a long history of friendly exchanges. Personnel exchanges between two parties were frequent， regional cooperation was close， cultural exchanges were rich and diverse， and economic and trade cooperation was developing rapidly. It was worth mentioning that at the end of last year， the delegation headed by Moon Jae-in， President of South Korea， had paid a successful visit to Chongqing， and the visit played a positive role in further promoting bilateral exchanges and cooperation. Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government would work with Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chengdu to continue to strengthen friendly and effective communications and cooperation and drive forward bilateral cooperation in various fields.

Mr. Zhang Tihe said that he was greatly honored to serve in the southwestern China. Chongqing had an important strategic position and a strong momentum of development. So Koreans were optimistic about the development of Chongqing and many Korean enterprises had investments or did business in Chongqing. There was huge potential in cooperation between Chongqing and Korea. He hoped that Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government would continue to support his work and the work of Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chengdu. In addition， Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chengdu would actively attract more Korean enterprises and Korean emigrants to root in Chongqing. He expected that both parties could keep close contacts and promote further effective cooperation in wider fields on the basis of the existing cooperation.

The Delegation from Toulouse， France Visited Chongqing

The delegation from Toulouse， France headed by Ms. Val Tiki Jerzy， Deputy Mayor of Toulouse of France， was invited to pay a visit to Chongqing from January 14 to 16， 2018. Liu Guiping， Deputy Mayor of Chongqing met with the delegation on January 15. Both sides exchanged opinions on further strengthening cooperation between two cities in fields including economy， trade， culture， tourism， health and education and further promoting the sister-city relation. Wang Wen， Deputy Director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， was present at the meeting and had a talk with the delegation about sister-city exchanges between two cities.

Deputy Mayor Val Tiki Jerzy said that the booming development of Chongqing was impressive， and Toulouse would continue to work together with Chongqing to strengthen interaction， facilitate effective cooperation between both parties in fields like economy， trade and culture， and promote the in-depth development of sister-city relation， benefiting people of both sides. During the visit， the delegation also held talks with Chongqing Transport Commission， Chongqing Tourism Administration， Chongqing Airport Group and representatives of some travel agencies in Chongqing respectively to discuss how to promote cooperation in air travel. Besides， the delegation inspected the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University， Sichuan International Studies University and Chongqing Art Museum and had talks about how to continue to further facilitate the cooperation between two cities in fields including health， education and culture.

Yang Daqing Went to Dadukou District to Participate in the Activity Warming Returned Overseas Chinese and Respecting Elders

On January 4， Yang Daqing， Deputy Director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， went to Xinyu Community in Jiansheng Town in Dadukou District to participate in the activity Warming Returned Overseas Chinese and Respecting Elders. The community organized the overseas Chinese backbones in the entertainment field to perform in the show with the theme Love Fills Jiansheng Town and Care Warms Overseas Chinese， and the show made the elder returned overseas Chinese and the family members of overseas Chinese on site feel the warmth of care and companionship. On the site of the activity， there were boards which were used to organize the publicity of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and the laws and regulations concerning to overseas Chinese， helping the returned overseas Chinese， the family members of overseas Chinese and the general public to further know about laws. The delegation headed by Yang Daqing also visited some returned overseas Chinese and family members of overseas Chinese who were sick and in need in the community.

Organized well by Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， the municipal one-month activity Warming Returned Overseas Chinese and Respecting Elders would successively carry out a series of activities of caring for and helping the overseas Chinese including visiting people in need， helping people in need， life service and warm companionship.

Tang Wen Went to Beijing to Meet with Vietnamese and Malaysian Ambassadors to China and Related Principals of ASEAN- China Center

From January 22 to 23， 2018， Tang Wen， Deputy Director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， went to Beijing to meet with Deng Mingkui， Vietnamese Ambassador to China， Dato Zainuddin Bin Yahya， Malaysian Ambassador to China， and Huang Ying， Director of Comprehensive Coordination Department of ASEAN-China Center， to discuss topics including keeping strengthening economic and trade ties with Vietnam and Malaysia， promoting regional cooperation， facilitating friendly school-and-school cooperation， enhancing cooperation between Chongqing and ASEAN-China Center in fields including the Belt and Road Initiative， economy， trade and tourism， and boosting the process of building Chongqing into an inland open-up height.

Ambassador Deng Mingkui and Ambassador Yahya respectively indicated that they would endeavor to promote personnel exchanges between two places and cooperation in various fields， facilitate connectivity and promote effective cooperation between two places by combining local advantages with characteristics of Chongqing. Huang Ying said that ASEAN-China Center would like to enhance communication with Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government and actively discuss how to push related project forward by combining the advantages of Chongqing with the theme of ASEAN-China cooperation in this year， promoting mutually beneficial development.

Zhang Yaqian Held a Talk with Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Liaison Office in Chongqing

On January 30， Zhang Yaqian， Deputy Director of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， held a talk with the delegation headed by Su Zixian， Director of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Liaison Office in Chongqing， to make a review of exchanges between Chongqing and Hong Kong in 2017 and discuss plans for exchanges in the new year. All the staff in Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government attended the talk.

During the talk， Su Zixian reported the important cultural， economic and trade activities that Hong Kong planned to hold in Chongqing in the year. Zhang Yaqian indicated that during exchanges between Chongqing and Hong Kong over the past years， Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Liaison Office in Chongqing had always adhered to the fine tradition of mutual support and cooperation. In the year， they would continue to make full use of the fine tradition to improve cooperation and plan to conduct in-depth cooperation in four aspects： high-level visits， large-scale events between Chongqing and Hong Kong， district joint investigations and building platforms.

Wang Guangcheng Met with Representatives of South Asian Friendly Organizations

On January 12， Wang Guangcheng， Vice Chairman of Chongqing Peoples Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， met with Anoop， Chairman of Sino-Nepal Economic and Trade Association of Nepal， Altaf， Chairman of China-Bangladesh Cultural and Economic and Public Communication Center， and the delegation headed by Abeysekera， Chairman of China-Sri Lanka Social and Cultural Cooperation Association.

Wang Guangcheng introduced the economic and social development of Chongqing to the guests， made a review of friendly cooperation among South Asian friendly organizations， and expressed his wish of further strengthening exchanges with South Asian friendly organizations in fields like business exchanges and cultural exchanges. Anoop， Altaf and Abeysekera respectively briefed about exchanges between their own associations and different places of China and gave active responses to Wang Guangchengs proposals.
