中華人民共和國駐柬埔寨王國大使

中柬是傳統友好鄰邦。兩國友好交往和商貿往來歷史可以追溯到1000多年前的吳哥時期。通過海上絲綢之路，中國的瓷器、漆器，柬埔寨的香料、黃蠟，源源不斷送達對方民眾手中。暹粒巴戎寺的壁畫上就雕刻有古代中國商人同柬埔寨人民互通往來的生動情景。1958年，獨立不久的柬埔寨同中國建交，掀開了當代中柬友好新的一頁。在西哈努克太皇和中國幾代領導人的精心培育下，中柬傳統友誼歷久彌新，煥發出新的生機與活力。

China and Cambodia are traditional friendly neighbors. The friendly exchanges between China and Cambodia date back to the Angkor period over 1000 years ago. Through the Maritime Silk Road, porcelains and lacquerwares from China were introduced to the Cambodian people, and so were spices and beeswax from Cambodia to the Chinese people. Business exchanges between Chinese businessmen and Cambodian people in ancient times were vividly described in the Bayon frescoes in Siem Reap. In 1958, newly independent Cambodia established diplomatic relations with China and opened a new chapter for China-Cambodia friendship in modern times. Fostered by the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk and successive Chinese leaders, the traditional friendship between our two countries has demonstrated even more vigor and vitality.

近年來，在兩國領導人的有力引領下，中柬政治互信日益鞏固，各領域合作不斷深化。2016年習近平主席對柬進行國事訪問，受到柬王室、政府和各界民眾熱烈友好隆重接待，雙方簽署31份合作文件，將中柬全面戰略合作伙伴關系推上了新的歷史高度。李克強總理今年1月成功訪柬，開啟兩國建交60周年慶?；顒有蚰?。雙方簽署19項合作文件，為中柬關系發展注入了新的強大動力。

The recent years have witnessed consolidation of political mutual trust and deepened cooperation in various fields between our two countries under the guidance of national leaders from both sides. President Xi Jinping’s state visit in 2016 was warmly welcomed by Cambodian royal family, government and people.During the visit, China and Cambodia signed 31 cooperation documents, promoting the China-Cambodia comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation to a new historic level. The successful visit of Premier Li Keqiang in January of 2018 kicked oあ the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The visit witnessed the signature of 19 cooperation documents in various fi elds, including politics, economy,trade, health, forestry, agriculture, culture, etc, which injected new impetus for the development of China-Cambodia relations.including infrastructure, power generation, agriculture, tourism,special economic zone, etc.

2017年，中柬雙邊貿易額達57.9億美元，同比增長21.7%，超額完成雙方設定的50億美元目標。截至2017年底，中國對柬協議投資總額達125.7億美元，連續多年成為柬最大外資來源國。中國參與了柬埔寨31個公路項目的建設，總里程達2693公里；建成大型橋梁7座，第8座大橋也已開工；累計支持水利項目14個，灌溉面積45.6萬公頃；支持電力項目9個，累計建設輸變電線路8037公里，變電站24個。應該說，在基礎設施建設、電力、農業、旅游、經濟特區開發等各個領域，中國都為柬埔寨的發展作出了重要貢獻。

The bilateral trade volume between China and Cambodia in 2017 amounted to 5.79 billion US dollars with a year-onyear growth rate of 21.7%, exceeding the 5 billion-dollar target set by both sides. By the end of 2017, the contracted investment from China to Cambodia has registered 12.57 billion US dollars. China has been the biggest source of foreign investment of Cambodia for successive years.China helped Cambodia construct 2693 km of highway in 31 construction projects, 7 big-scale bridges (with the 8th one under construction), 14 water conservancy projects (irrigating a total area of 0.45 million hectares), 8037 km of power transmission and transformation lines and 24 substations in 9 projects. It is fair to say that China has made significant contribution to the development of Cambodia in various fields,

當前，柬政府積極將“四角戰略”及“2015-2025工業發展規劃”同“一帶一路”倡議和中柬產能投資合作深入對接，雙方未來在經貿投資、產能合作、基礎設施互聯互通、能源資源等領域合作潛力巨大。相信在雙方共同努力下，中柬經濟互補優勢必將持續充分釋放，兩國經貿合作必將進入全面加速發展的新階段，給兩國人民帶來更多實實在在的利益。

The Cambodian government is actively deepening the strategic synergy of the third stage of its Rectangular Strategy and the Industrial Development Policy 2015-2025 with the “Belt and Road” Initiative and the China-Cambodia production capacity cooperation. There is great potential for future cooperation between both sides in trade and investment, production capacity,interconnectivity of infrastructure, energy resources, etc.With joint efforts of China and Cambodia, the complementary advantages between both sides will surely be continuously and fully demonstrated. The economic and trade cooperation is bound to enter a new stage of comprehensive development, bringing more substantial benef i ts to both peoples.
