人工淚液凝膠聯(lián)合羥糖甘滴眼液對干眼癥的療效

[摘要]目的 研究卡羥糖甘滴眼液聯(lián)合人工淚液凝膠對干眼癥患者的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年3月～2017年5月我院收治的86例干眼癥患者作為研究對象，根據(jù)治療時間的先后將患者分為對照組（43例）和研究組（43例）。對照組采用卡波姆眼用凝膠治療，研究組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用羥糖甘滴眼液，比較兩組患者治療后的淚膜破裂時間、淚液分泌時間、角膜熒光素染色評分以及治療總有效率。結(jié)果 研究組患者的臨床治療總有效率（95.35%）顯著高于對照組（81.40%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；研究組患者的淚液分泌時間和淚膜破裂時間均長于對照組，且研究組的角膜染色評分低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 在干眼癥患者的治療中，羥糖甘滴眼液與卡波姆眼用凝膠聯(lián)用可以有效緩解患者的癥狀，療效顯著，應(yīng)用價值高。

[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical effect of Hypromellose 2910，Dextran 70 and Glycerol Eye Drops combined with artificial tear gel on patients with xerophthalmia.Methods From March 2016 to May 2017，86 patients with dry eye treated in our hospital were enrolled as research objects.According to the successive sequence of treatment time，patients were divided into control group （n=43） and research group （n=43）.In the control group，Carbomer Eye Gel was used，while in the research group，on the basis of the control group，Hypromellose 2910，Dextran 70 and Glycerol Eye Drops was added.The tear film break-up time，tear secretion time，corneal fluorescein staining score as well as the total effectiveness rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effectiveness rate was 95.35% in the research group，significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 81.40%，with a statistical difference （P<0.05）.The tear secretion time and tear film break-up time were longer in the research group than those in the control group，and the corneal fluorescein staining score in the research group was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with xerophthalmia，combination of Hypromellose 2910，Dextran 70 and Glycerol Eye Drops and Carbomer Eye Gel can effectively alleviate patients symtoms in a remarkable effect and has a high application value.

干眼癥為常見的慢性眼部疾病，是指淚液以及動力學因受到環(huán)境、生活習慣、藥物等各種原因的影響而發(fā)生異常的現(xiàn)象，可使淚膜的穩(wěn)定性明顯降低[1]。患者的眼表組織發(fā)生病變、眼部出現(xiàn)不適感，常見癥狀主要包括眼部分疲倦、泌物黏稠、干澀、有異物感、畏風、畏光、敏感等，當患者的眼睛過度干燥時淚液不足，可刺激反射性淚液的分泌，常導(dǎo)致患者流淚[2-3]。病情嚴重的患者可發(fā)生眼睛充血和紅腫等損傷，從而引發(fā)角結(jié)膜病變，使患者視物模糊，最終導(dǎo)致患者的視力下降[4]。成年人為干眼癥的高發(fā)人群，近年來，隨著電腦、智能手機等的普遍使用，人們?nèi)菀子醚圻^度，從而導(dǎo)致干眼癥的發(fā)病率不斷上升；如果患者沒能及時接受治療，病情得不到控制，可能會導(dǎo)致角膜潰瘍、炎癥、穿孔等危險癥狀的發(fā)生，甚至可能導(dǎo)致患者的眼球萎縮，對患者眼部的危害性極大[5-6]，因此，對于干眼癥，應(yīng)及早發(fā)現(xiàn)，及早治療，從而促進患者眼部健康的恢復(fù)。……
