摘要:本文針對既有城市交通系統復雜,存在新建橋梁與既有道路交叉多、施工環境復雜、施工難度增加等問題,鑒于鋼箱梁跨度大、架設方便等優點,對跨越既有城市道路的鋼箱梁整體吊裝施工技術進行了研究,重點分析了吊裝施工方案比選、鋼箱梁節段分塊設計、鋼箱梁吊裝施工技術,為存在交叉施工現象、城市道路交通流大等復雜施工環境的鋼箱梁吊裝施工提供指導和借鑒。
Abstract: In view of the complicated traffic system in existing cities, there are many problems such as the bridge between newly built bridges and existing roads, complex construction environment and difficulty of construction. Considering the advantages of large span of steel box girder and convenient erection, the whole hoisting construction technology of the beam is studied. The comparison and selection of the hoisting construction scheme, the section block design of the steel box girder and the hoisting construction technology of the steel box girder are mainly analyzed, in order to provide guidance and reference for the steel box girder hoisting construction in complicated construction environment, such as cross construction phenomenon, large urban road traffic flow.

0 引言
近些年由于我國城鎮化的加快,城市的現有交通設施已不滿足城市擴張規模后的需求,所以需新修建道路或者改擴建現有道路。而既有城市交通系統復雜,新修建道路與既有道路的交叉越來越多,施工環境也越復雜,施工難度也越來越高。鑒于鋼箱梁自重輕、強度高、跨度大、易維修和架設方便等優點,使其在跨越既有線路的大型橋梁建設中得到廣泛應用[1]。鋼箱梁一般由頂板、底板、腹板和橫隔板及加勁肋等通過全焊接的方式連接而成。本文以武漢市跨越竹葉海互通C匝道橋和武漢市三環橋的硚孝高速D匝道2號橋為例,對鋼箱梁吊裝方案比選、鋼箱梁分塊設計、吊裝技術進行了分析,為同類鋼箱梁吊裝工程施工提供參考。

硚孝高速D匝道2號橋第三聯鋼箱梁位于武漢市東西湖區竹葉海公園內,該聯長橋墩編號為D9#、D10#、D11#,跨度為:45m+45m=90m,依次跨越竹葉海互通C匝道橋和武漢市三環橋。……
