基于社會服務的項目教學法的研究與實踐

【摘 要】為了進一步發展項目教學法，以食品安全與質量控制課程教學為實例進行研究，驗證基于社會服務的項目教學法的有效性，結果探索出有效的項目選擇、設計、實施以及評估的方案。結論：基于社會服務的項目教學法以社會服務為依托進行項目化教學，讓學生參與社會服務，實現以課堂項目教學法為主轉向以社會服務為載體的課內外結合；教學中的形成性評價，突出課業實效性，提高學生自學能力和創新能力；同時推動校企合作的深化。

【Abstract】In order to develop the project teaching method，this paper studies the teaching of food safety and quality control courses to verify the effectiveness of the project teaching method based on social services.Results the effective project selection，project design，project implementation and project evaluation are explored.Conclusion：based on the social service of project teaching method based on social services by project teaching，let the students to participate in social services，the implementation of the classroom project teaching method is to transform into the teaching method based on social services；The formative evaluation of teaching，it highlights the effectiveness of the study，and improves students' self-learning ability and innovation ability；At the same time，it will also promote the deepening of cooperation between school and enterprise.

我國的成人教育為加快我國工業化進程提供了重要的人力資源，為加快發展先進制造業、現代服務業和現代農業作出了積極貢獻。提高質量為核心，深化教育教學改革是成人教育的當前任務。項目教學法是現階段比較普及的教學法，但是將社會服務和項目教學法融合在一起的教學法未見報道。這里就是選擇了食品安全與質量控制的教學為例展開基于社會服務的項目教學法法的研究。

1 項目教學法的內涵、理論依據、發展現狀及特點

1.1 項目教學法的內涵

最早在教育學中應用“項目教學法”一詞的是1918年美國學者基爾帕特里克（Kilpatriek），他給出的定義：“在社會環境中發生的、全身心的、有計劃的行動。”[1]德國引進該教學法后，聯邦職教所自主創新，主要應用于職業教育領域，成為典型的行動導向教學方法。……
