摘要:針對高職酒店管理專業實習后學生的人才培養情況調查顯示,企業要求實習生具有吃苦耐勞、安全意識和團隊精神,看重工作態度和專業素養與技能;而學生最需要加強安全防范知識、操作技能和應急處理能力。因此,課程建設中應推進全課程育人,注重職業素養和發展能力的培養,應重視大學生職業安全和心理安全教育,同時改進課堂教學設計,提高實踐教學質量。
Abstract: Aiming at the investigation of students of hotel management specialty in higher vocational college after the training, the result shows that enterprises require interns with hard work, safety awareness and team spirit, value work attitude and professional knowledge and skills; while students need to strengthen security knowledge, skills and ability to deal with emergency. Therefore, in the course construction, we should promote the whole curriculum education, pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality and development ability, should pay attention to the college students' occupational safety and psychological safety education, and improve the classroom teaching design, improve the quality of practice teaching.

0 引言
為落實《國務院關于加快發展現代職業教育的決定》,教育部要求各高校建立教育質量診斷改進機制,以人才培養工作狀態數據為基礎,開展教學診斷和改進工作,促進教育質量提升。頂崗實習是我國高職教育人才培養的重要途徑,是學生所學專業知識和技能在企業崗位實踐中綜合運用和強化的過程,也是檢驗高校人才培養質量的重要環節。因此,從用戶體驗角度,讓學生在實習后“回頭看”來評價學校教學質量,是教學改革的一個新視角和有益嘗試。
1 實習調查問卷設計
為深化專業建設,本文對某校酒店管理(智能化)專業2017屆畢業生進行了實習調查,本次問卷調查以某高職院校酒店管理(智能化)三年制學生為調查對象,在頂崗實習結束后向學生發放調查問卷50份,回收49份,回收率98%,有效問卷46份,問卷主要調查內容包括:
①頂崗實習崗位及實習單位情況;
②酒店行業就業意愿及原因;……
