【摘要】 目的:觀察機用鎳鈦器械ProFile和TF根管預備磨牙彎曲根管的臨床療效分析。方法:選取2016年6月-2017年6月在本院就診的選擇彎曲根管治療的牙髓炎或根尖周炎患者36例,按照隨機數字表法將其分為ProFile組和TF組,各18例,ProFile組采用手用ProFile銼進行根管預備,TF組采用TF機用鎳鈦根管系統進行預備根管。比較兩組根管預備時間和根管預備后的疼痛反應。結果:兩組單顆牙齒、單個根管預備時間比較,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05);兩組單個根管預備后的各級疼痛反應比較,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:在彎曲的磨牙的根管預備中,與Profile機用鎳鈦器械比較,TF機用鎳鈦器械可以減少疼痛,縮短根管預備的時間。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ni-Ti instruments ProFile and TF root canal preparation for molar curved root canals.Method:36 cases of pulpitis or periapical periodontitis who were selected curved root canal treatment from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into ProFile group and TF group,18 cases in each group.ProFile group was treated with hand ProFile file for root canal preparation,and TF group was treated with Ni-Ti root canal system with TF machine.The root canal preparation time and the pain response after root canal preparation were compared between two groups.Result:The preparation time of single root canal and single tooth of two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the pain response at all levels after root canal preparation of two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the root canal preparation of curved molars,compared with profile Ni-Ti instruments,TF Ni-Ti instruments can reduce pain and shorten the time of root canal preparation.

根管治療術是對牙髓病及根尖周病的主要治療方法,其中根管預備是重要的一個步驟,原理就是利用器械清除根管內的殘余牙髓組織及其他感染物質,而根管預備使用的器械直接決定了根管治療的效果。臨床上患者磨牙大多是細小彎曲,為了提升根管預備的效果,臨床上研發出新型的不同種類的預備根管的器械[1-2]。ProFile機用根管器械是目前臨床上大量使用的鎳鈦類機用根管器械,具有良好的機械預備根管的性能,但在預備彎曲度較大的根管時存在一定的損傷率,尤其是錐度較大的銼;TF預備器械是第三代機用鎳鈦器械,使用了全新的加工方式扭制成型,因此具備更好的彈性,可以保持預備根管前根管的正常形態,其刃部為無切割能力的引導性尖端,有效的避免了臺階的產生[3-5]。本研究以ProFile機用根管器械為對照,與用TF根管器械對細小彎曲的跟管預備效果進行對比觀察,為臨床治療彎曲根管患者選用安全的機用鎳鈦器械提供研究數據。……
