【摘要】 目的:探討糖尿病健康教育中應用賦能教育模式的效果。方法:選取2015年1月-2016年1月本院收治的糖尿病患者200例,按照隨機數字表法將其分為研究組和對照組,各100例。對照組應用傳統教育模式,研究組應用賦能教育模式,對比分析兩組觀察指標和自我管理能力。結果:應用前兩組空腹血糖、糖化血紅蛋白和每日血糖測量次數比較,差異均無統計學意義(P>0.05);研究組應用賦能教育模式后,與對照組比較,空腹血糖和糖化血紅蛋白含量均明顯下降,患者每日血量測量次數增多,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05);應用賦能教育模式后,研究組的遵循醫囑飲食、服藥、運動和主動測量血糖等自我管理能力方面均明顯優于對照組,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:糖尿病患者應用賦能教育模式能夠促使其提高自身積極性和主動性,更好的對血糖進行控制,效果顯著,具有較高的臨床應用價值。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of empowerment education model in diabetes health education.Method:200 cases of diabetes mellitus were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The control group used traditional education mode,and the study group applied empowerment education model,the observation index and self-management ability of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose measurement counts of observation indexes of two groups before application were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After applied empowerment education model,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in study group were decreased significantly,and blood glucose measurement counts were increased,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After applied empowerment education model,the diet,medication,exercise and active blood glucose measurement of self-management ability in the study group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of empowerment education model in diabetic patients can help patients to improve their initiative and initiative,and better control of blood sugar,the effect is remarkable,and has higher clinical application value.

糖尿病是目前臨床中常見且多發性病癥,從屬于內分泌代謝疾病的范疇[1],近年來,隨著社會經濟的發展,人們的生活水平逐漸提高,飲食習慣也發生變化,在這種情況下,糖尿病的發病率呈現出逐年上升的趨勢[2],嚴重危害人們的健康。相關研究顯示,我國糖尿病患者發病率高達10.2%[3],是目前糖尿病發病率最高的國家之一,因此,對糖尿病患者實施健康教育,提高自身健康管理能力就顯得尤為重要。本研究針對糖尿病健康教育中應用賦能教育模式的效果進行探討,現報道如下。endprint
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料 選取2015年1月-2016年1月本院收治的糖尿病患者200例,按照隨機數字表法將其分為研究組和對照組,各100例。研究組中男56例,女44例,年齡34~65歲,平均(42.59±5.48)歲,病程1~14年,平均(6.82±1.27)年;對照組中男52例,女48例,年齡32~64歲,平均(41.95±5.83)歲,病程1~12年,平均(6.42±1.43)年,兩組患者一般資料比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。本研究……
