【摘要】 目的:探討多層螺旋CT-VRT后處理成像技術(shù)在椎體壓縮骨折中的診斷效果。方法:選擇2015年3月-2017年6月自愿到科室接受治療的胸腰椎壓縮性骨折患者50例作為研究對象,患者均經(jīng)過手術(shù)檢查最終得到確診。術(shù)前均采用多層螺旋CT容積掃面,將獲得的原始圖像傳輸?shù)綄S密浖型瓿啥嗥矫嬷亟M、容積再現(xiàn)法(VRT)成像后處理,分析多層螺旋CT-VRT后處理成像技術(shù)在椎體壓縮骨折患者中的診斷效果及價值。結(jié)果:50例椎體壓縮性骨折患者中共有椎體57個,單椎體骨折43例,雙節(jié)椎骨折7例。骨折部位排在前三位的分別為T5~7(30.00%),T11(14.00%)和T12(14.00%);50例椎體壓縮性骨折患者中,單純性楔形壓縮性骨折占42.00%,爆裂壓縮性骨折占42.00%,附件骨折占16.00%;50例椎體壓縮性骨折患者骨折后均伴有不同的臨床表現(xiàn),排在前三位的分別為骨折線清晰銳利(80.00%)、椎體骨小梁結(jié)構(gòu)紊亂(62.00%)和椎間盤變性與真空征(56.00%)。結(jié)論:將多層螺旋CT-VRT后處理成像技術(shù)用于椎體壓縮骨折患者中效果理想,能從全面、立體、多方位觀察骨折,為臨床治療提供影像學(xué)依據(jù),值得推廣應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice helical CT-VRT postprocessing imaging in vertebral compression fractures.Method:From March 2015 to June 2017,50 cases of thoracolumbar compression fracture patients treated voluntarily in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients underwent surgical examination and finally got the diagnosis. The preoperative using multi-slice spiral CT volume scanning, the original image transmission got to special software to complete multi planar reconstruction and volume rendering (VRT) imaging postprocessing, analysis of multi-slice spiral CT-VRT postprocessing imaging technique in diagnosis of vertebral compression fractures in patients with the value effect and price.Result:There were 57 vertebral bodies, 43 single vertebral fractures and 7 double vertebral fractures in 50 patients with vertebral compression fractures. Part of the top three were T5-7, T11 and T12 fracture, accounted for 30.00%,14.00%,14.00%.50 cases of vertebral compression in patients with simple wedge compression fracture accounted for 42.00% of fractures, burst compression fractures accounted for 42.00%, accounted for 16.00% of 50 cases of accessory fracture.Vertebral compression fracture patients after fracture were associated with the different clinical manifestations, ranked in the top three were: fracture line sharp, vertebral trabecular structure disorder and degeneration of intervertebral disc and vacuum sign, were respectively 80.00%, 62.00%, 56.00%. Conclusion: Multi slice spiral CT-VRT postprocessing imaging technique for vertebral compression fractures in patients with ideal effect, from the comprehensive, three-dimensional, multi-directional observation of fracture, provide imaging basis for clinical treatment, it is worthy of popularization and application.endprint

骨質(zhì)疏松(OP)是臨床上常見的疾病,且隨著我國人口老齡化的日益加劇,導(dǎo)致OP發(fā)生率呈上升及年輕化趨勢,發(fā)病后如果得不到有效的治療、干預(yù),將會增加椎體壓縮性骨折發(fā)生率,臨床表現(xiàn)為疼痛、畸形等,影響健康[1]。文獻[2]報道顯示:胸腰椎壓縮性骨折多發(fā)生在老年人中,多與老年骨質(zhì)疏松、外傷暴力等有關(guān),臨床多以胸、腰背痛等為主,部分患者甚至合并心肺功能受限、脊柱畸形等,嚴(yán)重者將威脅生命。……
