萬名跑者競速2017重慶國際半程馬拉松

11月19日，2017重慶國際半程馬拉松在巴濱路鳴槍開跑，來自19個國家和地區的1萬多名跑者沿著風景優美的巴濱路完成了比賽，其中半程馬拉松10000人，迷你跑5000人。本次比賽由中國田徑協會、重慶市體育局、重慶市巴南區人民政府共同主辦，男女半程馬拉松前三名最終均被外國選手奪取。來自埃塞俄比亞的選手分獲男女冠軍，比賽成績分別為1小時05分07秒和1小時14分30秒。

重慶農產品拓展美國市場

10月30日，重慶本土綜合電商平臺滿集網與美國德成集團簽約，后者通過前者遴選商品，批量采購后，再運往美國市場銷售。涪陵榨菜、永川秀芽這些重慶名優特色農產品，又多了一個銷往美國市場的通道。德成集團業務遍及美國45個州，每年的食品進出口總量約80億美元。滿集網是我市一家C2C平臺，和淘寶不同，其入駐商家均有線下實體店。滿集網的10余萬戶商家，80%來自重慶本地，經營范圍以本地農產品為主。

重慶直飛墨爾本航線首航 累計開通國際及地區航線已達68條

10月31日，天津航空重慶運營基地揭牌儀式暨重慶直飛墨爾本航線首航儀式在重慶江北國際機場舉行，標志著天津航空重慶運營基地正式成立，重慶首條直飛墨爾本航線正式啟航。重慶直飛墨爾本航線是繼開通悉尼、奧克蘭之后，重慶開通的第三條通往大洋洲的國際定期客運航線，也是2017年繼開通洛杉磯、莫斯科、紐約航線后，重慶機場開通的第四條洲際航線。至此，我市累計開通的國際及地區航線已達到68條，通往全球22個國家、52個城市。

中國持續迎來留學生歸國潮 重慶等城市成為人才高地

11月5日，福布斯中國攜手外聯出國顧問集團在渝發布了《2018全球人才流動和資產配置趨勢》報告。福布斯中國主編康健對該報告進行解析時說，目前國際人才流動的常見形式，大致可分為留學就業、技術移民、階段性流動及人才回流幾種形式，涵蓋了國際人才資源生產、流通、發展的全過程。報告分析，中國目前作為最大的留學生輸出國，既持續迎來留學生歸國潮，又加強推進“千人計劃”等高端人才戰略，“北上廣深”一線城市及武漢、重慶等“新一線城市”正在成為對全球人才有吸引力的人才高地。

2017中國商品與裝備制造展暨重慶出口商品（非洲）巡展在尼日利亞舉行

11月7日，由商務部和重慶市政府聯合主辦，商務部外貿發展局和市商務委承辦的2017中國商品與裝備制造展暨重慶出口商品（非洲）巡展，在尼日利亞拉各斯開幕。本次展會與尼日利亞拉各斯國際貿易展同期舉辦，為期4天，共有40家渝企參展，展品涵蓋汽摩、通用機械、農機設備等出口產品。展會首日接待359名非洲客商，3家渝企與客商達成意向性合作協議，其中一家簽下1.2萬美元訂單。展會期間，重慶經貿代表團還與尼日利亞貿促會、拉各斯工商聯合會舉辦兩場企業對接會，就重慶機電產品出口、渝企在尼日利亞投資設廠等合作進行溝通，促進“重慶造”產品開拓非洲市場。這次巡展是重慶第三次在非洲舉辦的自辦展。

222家韓企在渝“找商機”

11月7日，韓國—重慶經貿合作圓桌會議在渝舉行，圍繞自由貿易試驗區、國稅、環保、社會保障、就業許可等方面的政策規定，重慶相關部門對參會韓國企業及相關人士進行講解，并就其提出的有關企業投資發展等問題與建議進行回應。下一步，重慶與韓國將根據各自的比較優勢，在渝共建新興產業生態，深耕智能制造、大數據應用、無人駕駛、無人機服務等領域。韓國企業在渝能夠享受外商投資“單一窗口”、財稅、金融支持等多項創新試點優惠政策。

越南—重慶洽談大米貿易合作

11月8日，越南工貿部進出口局與重慶市商務委共同舉辦越南—中國（重慶）大米產品企業貿易合作洽談會。本次洽談會是重慶與越南兩地政府間首次就大米貿易合作搭建的企業合作平臺，將進一步加強雙方經貿交流。雙方企業圍繞三方面合作進行了洽談：一是重慶糧食企業洽談購銷越南優質大米；二是越南企業與重慶雙福國際農貿城洽談設立越南大米專賣店或代理銷售點；三是越南企業與重慶糧食企業洽談轉口貿易代理合作事宜，包括在重慶西部物流園、重慶巴南公路物流園設立越南大米銷售和分撥中心，銷往歐洲、中亞市場等。

重慶龍興飛行服務站投入試運行 率先實現氣象數據接引和轉發

11月8日，重慶龍興飛行服務站建成并投入試運行，成為全國首家獲得民航局授權，擁有飛行計劃申報服務的機構，可為通用航空飛行及時提供氣象、情報、應急救援、飛行計劃等服務，為空管單位和通航用戶提供便利。空管單位不必再面對多家用戶的飛行計劃申請，只需通過飛行服務站統一受理飛行計劃。龍興飛行服務站在國內率先實現了地方氣象數據接引和轉發，通過與市氣象局合作，以數據接引的形式，轉發市內各氣象站點數據，為通航飛行提供氣象服務。

新加坡科技電子有限公司在渝建西部總部和科技研發中心

11月10日，兩江新區消息，新加坡科技電子有限公司（簡稱“新科電子”）將在兩江新區建新科電子西部總部和科技研發中心，將作為一個組裝生產及硬件研發中心，面向中國乃至全球提供智能交通、軌道交通、實訓模擬等業務領域的研發支持。新科電子總部在新加坡，擁有超過40年向遍布世界各地的政府和商業企業提供電子、通訊、先進電子技術和信息通訊技術解決方案的經驗。

2017中德（重慶）智能制造創新交流會舉行

11月16日，“2017中德（重慶）智能制造創新交流會”在永川區召開。巨浪、恒輪和SW（埃斯維）等10多家德國知名的智能制造龍頭企業，與國內專家及重慶200余家機械制造企業負責人，就中德智能制造產業發展的前沿動態、先進理念和創新工藝等進行了交流探討。會后，他們集體對永川進行了考察。SW（埃斯維）公司中國區總經理Norbert Wiest表示，保守估計，中國西部市場對臥式加工中心的年需求量在30臺以上，該公司打算在永川落戶。

Chongqing Agricultural Products Seek an Expansion of Market in the US

On October 30, Manjiwang, a Chongqing local comprehensive e-commerce platform, signed an agreement with CJ CORP, an America-based company. The latter, after the selection of goods service provided by Manjiwang, would conduct bulk purchases, and then ship them back to the United States. The Chongqing famous specialty agricultural products like Fuling Pickle and Yongchuan Xiu Bud Tea would have an additional sales channel to the United States market. CI CORP’s operations have covered 45 states across the United States, with a total annual import and export of food value up to 8 billion US dollars. Manjiwang is a Chongqing local C2C platform,and different from Taobao, all of its on-line businesses are based on off-line stores. Among its 100,000 businesses, 80% are from Chongqing, whose businesses are mainly local agricultural products.

Chongqing Launched Its First Direct Flight to Melbourne, a Total of 68 International & Regional Flights Having Been Opened

On October 31, the inauguration ceremony of Tianjin Airlines’operation base in Chongqing and the inaugural ceremony of Chongqing’s direct fl ight to Melbourne route were held at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, marking the official establishment of Tianjin Airlines’ operation base in Chongqing and the first official launch of Chongqing flight to Melbourne. Chongqing’s direct-to-Melbourne service is the third scheduled international passenger service to the Oceania in Chongqing, following the opening of Sydney and Auckland. It is also the fourth intercontinental route to be opened by Chongqing Airport this year, following the opening of routes to Los Angeles, Moscow and New York this year. So far, the city has opened a total of 68 international and regional routes, fl ying off to 22 countries and 52 cities across the globe.

China Continues to Embrace the Re fl ow of Returned Overseas Chinese Students and Cities like Chongqing are Emerging as“Talents Highland”

On November 5, Forbes China and its Outreach Abroad Consulting Group jointly released the report on “2018 Global Talent Flow and Asset Allocation Trend” in Chongqing. Forbes China’s editor-in-chief Kang Jian analyzed the report and commented that at present, the international mobility of talents can be divided into several forms, such as study and employment abroad, skilled workers, temporary mobility and talents return, covering the thorough process of production,distribution and development of international human resources.According to the report, China, as the largest exporter of overseas students, has been not only continuing to welcome students returning to China, but also stepped up its strategy of high-calibre talents such as the “Thousand Talents Programme”. 2017 (Africa) China Commodities and Manufacturing Equipment Expo & Chongqing Export Commodities Expo Held in Nigeria

On November 7, the 2017 (Africa) China Commodities and Manufacturing Equipment Expo& Chongqing Export Commodities Expo, cosponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the Chongqing Municipal Government, hosted by the Foreign Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and the Municipal Commission of Commerce, unveiled in Lagos, Nigeria. Held in sync with the Lagos International Trade Show in Nigeria, it had lasted for 4 days, with a total of 40 enterprises participating in the exhibition. The exhibits cover automobile, general machinery,agricultural machinery and other export products. On the fi rst day of the Expo, 359 African businessmen had been received and 3 Chongqing enterprises reached an intentional cooperation agreement with the merchants. One of them signed an order worth$12,000. During the exhibition, Chongqing Economic and Trade Delegation, joining hands with the Nigeria Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, held two business meetings to exchange views on the export of Chongqing Mechanical and Electrical Products and Chongqing enterprises’ investment and setting up factories in Nigeria so as to boost the expansion of products “Made in Chongqing” in African market.This Expo is the third Chongqing self-held exhibition in Africa.

222 Korean Enterprises are “Seeking Business Opportunities” in Chongqing

On November 7, the ROK-Chongqing Economic and Trade Cooperation Roundtable was held in Chongqing, which revolved around relevant policies and regulations on pilot free trade zones,state taxation, environmental protection, social security and employment permission. Departments concerned in Chongqing had explained the related details to the participated Korean enterprises and stakeholders, and responded to the questions and suggestions proposed on business investment and development. Vietnam-Chongqing Business Talk on Rice Trade &Cooperation

On November 8, the Import and Export Bureau of Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce co-hosted the Vietnam-China(Chongqing) Rice Products and Enterprises Trade Cooperation Fair. This fair is the first platform for cooperation between the governments of Chongqing and Vietnam in rice trade cooperation and will further strengthen the economic and trade exchanges between the two sides. The two sides held talks on cooperation in three aspects: First, Chongqing grain enterprises discussed the purchases and sales of high-quality rice from Vietnam; second,Vietnamese enterprises negotiated with Chongqing Shuangfu International Trade City on setting up Vietnam rice franchises or reselling stores; third, Vietnamese enterprises and their Chongqing counterparts held talks on the re-export trade agency cooperation with an aim to sell the rice to European and Central Asian markets, including setting up Vietnam rice sales and distribution centers in the Western Chongqing Logistics Park and Chongqing Ba’nan Highway Logistics Park.

Chongqing Longxing Flight Service Station Put into Trial Operation, Taking the Lead in Weather Data Access and Forwarding

On November 8, Chongqing Longxing Flight Service Station was completed and put into trial operation. It became the fi rst agency authorized by Civil Aviation Administration of China to launch flight planning declaration service, providing meteorological,intelligence, emergency rescue and flight planning for general aviation flights, being of great convenience for the Air Traffic Control units and navigation users. ATC units need to face multiple users’ fl ight plan applications no longer; as an alternative,the fl ight plan applications will be handled uniformly by the fl ight service station. Longxing flight service station took the lead in the local meteorological data access and forwarding in China.In cooperation with the Municipal Meteorological Bureau, they transfer meteorological data from weather stations in the city and provide meteorological services for the fl ights through data access and forwarding.

Over 10,000 Runners Braced for 2017 Chongqing International Half Marathon

On November 19, 2017, the Chongqing International Half Marathon kicked off at Babin Road and more than 10,000 runners from 19 countries or regions had completed the tournament along the scenically attractive avenue, among which, 10000 runners came for Half Marathon, and 5000 for the Mini Run. This year’s competition was jointly sponsored by China Athletics Association, Chongqing Sports Bureau and Ba’nan District People’s Government of Chongqing.The top three Men’s and Women’s half marathons were eventually captured by foreign players. The Men’s and Women’s championships are both from Ethiopia and won with 1 hour, 5 minutes and 7 seconds and 1 hour,14 minutes and 30 seconds respectively.

2017 China-Germany (Chongqing) Smart Manufacturing Innovation Exchange Meeting Held

On November 16, “2017 Sino-German (Chongqing)Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Exchange Conference” was held in Yongchuan District. More than 10 renown leading German smart manufacturing enterprises like Chiron, Heller, and SW, along with Chinese experts and over 200 bosses from machinery manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing, exchanged views and explored profoundly on the topic of the state-of-the-art front, advanced ideas, and innovative technology of the smart manufacturing industry in China and Germany.
