新媒體時代網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者服務的現(xiàn)狀調查與對策研究

摘 要 網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者是隨著新媒體時代的出現(xiàn)崛起的一個新興群體，其特殊性在于兼具網(wǎng)絡的虛擬性與志愿者的服務性。近年來在黨和團組織的號召下，各高校組織起網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者群體，并開展了一些活動。但是通過關于網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者現(xiàn)狀的一項問卷調查及其系列研究，我們看到網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者的現(xiàn)存活動和體制都存在許多問題。面對日益惡化的網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境，網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者應該不斷結合時代特點和網(wǎng)絡特點，進行自身的調節(jié)，從而優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡文明環(huán)境。

Research on the Status quo and Countermeasures of Volunteer

Service in Network Civilization under the New Media Era

Abstract Network civilization volunteers is a new group with the rise of the new media era， its particularity lies in both the virtual network and the service of volunteers. In recent years， under the call of the party and the League organizations， colleges and universities organize the network of volunteer groups， and carried out a number of activities. However， through a questionnaire survey and a series of studies on the status quo of network civilization volunteers， we can see that there are many problems in the existing activities and systems of the network civilization volunteers. In the face of the deteriorating network environment， the network civilization volunteers should constantly adjust the network environment with the characteristics of the times and the characteristics of the network.

1 新媒體時代、志愿者、網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者定義

1.1 新媒體時代

新媒體時代是相對于傳統(tǒng)媒體而言的，是報刊、廣播、電視等傳統(tǒng)媒體以后發(fā)展起來的新的媒體形態(tài)，是利用數(shù)字技術、網(wǎng)絡技術、移動技術，通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、無線通信網(wǎng)、衛(wèi)星等渠道以及電腦、手機、數(shù)字電視機等終端，向用戶提供信息和娛樂服務的傳播形態(tài)和媒體形態(tài)。

1.2 志愿者

志愿者是自愿貢獻個人時間和精力，在不計報酬的前提下，為推動人類發(fā)展、社會進步和社會福利事業(yè)而提供服務的人員。中國網(wǎng)絡的普及在90年代后期，所以廣義上網(wǎng)絡志愿者出現(xiàn)在本世紀初期（約2005年）。

1.3 網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者

網(wǎng)絡文明志愿者，也稱網(wǎng)絡管理志愿者，是對傳統(tǒng)志愿者的繼承和延伸。他們對網(wǎng)頁進行管理，過濾暴力、色情等不良信息，確保網(wǎng)頁的清潔；……
