摘 要 健身者通過進行拳擊運動,可以消耗大量能量,不僅可以放松緊張情緒,而且有助于心腦健康,非常適合于都市現代人。本論文通過研究寧德市某健身俱樂部的30位健身會員(體重:超標準體重10~15公斤以上)肥胖的自身特點,通過拳擊運動來塑造良好的身體形態。運用文獻資料法和對比分析法,對國內外各種減肥方法進行認真的研究,并采用數理統計法對所得的數據進行分析,得出結論如下:拳擊訓練是最好的減肥方法之一,無氧的拳擊運動可以減小胸大肌、上臂和下肢的脂肪;通過長期堅持拳擊訓練,合理的、科學的安排運動量和飲食,能達到強身健體的減肥目的。

Study on the Effect of Boxing on Weight Loss

Abstract The fitness person can consume a large amount of energy through boxing, not only can relax the tension, but also contribute to the health of the heart and the brain. In this paper, through the study of a fitness club in Ningde 30 fitness members (body weight: super standard weight 10-15 kg or more) of their own characteristics of obesity, through boxing to shape a good physical shape. Using the method of literature and comparative analysis, analyzing various weight loss methods studied, and using mathematical statistics on the data analysis, the conclusions are as follows: boxing training is one of the best way to lose weight, oxygen free boxing can reduce the pectoralis major muscle, upper and lower limb fat; through long-term adherence boxing training, reasonable and scientific arrangement of exercise and diet, lose weight can achieve physical fitness.

0 前言
現代都市人飲食過營養化,工作方式趨向于腦力活動,并且缺乏系統的體育運動,肥胖率越來越高。眾所周知,肥胖對人的身心健康都具有極大的危害,如果過度肥胖不僅影響形體容貌,更重要的是過量的脂肪和糖類物質容易造成代謝混亂和堵塞心腦血管,危害人體的身心健康。[1-3]
本文將國際標準拳擊與有氧運動相結合,采用有氧代謝為主的健身防身運動,實現健身減肥和拳擊防身相結合,可以緩解身心壓力、發泄怨氣和維護心理健康。當進行劇烈的拳擊運動時,運動人員進行的有氧運動,在放松身心的同時消耗大量的卡路里,非常適合于工作壓力大和運動時間少的現代白領。……
