高校二級學院創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系構(gòu)建的探索與思考

摘 要 “大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)，萬眾創(chuàng)新”已經(jīng)成為中國經(jīng)濟增長新引擎。新形勢下，高校二級學院構(gòu)建一套科學合理的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系具有重要的理論意義和實踐價值。構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系需要秉持科學性、創(chuàng)新性、簡單性原則，可以采取設(shè)立創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育工作領(lǐng)導小組、開設(shè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐班、建立興趣小組、完善創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)評價體系等途徑來完成。創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的建立可以濃厚學習氛圍，開闊學術(shù)視野，完善培養(yǎng)機制。

Exploration and Thinking on the Construction of the Innovation and

Entrepreneurship Education System of the Secondary College

Abstract Public entrepreneurship， people's innovation has become a new engine of economic growth in china. Under the new situation， it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to set up a scientific and rational system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities of two. The construction of entrepreneurship education system innovation need to uphold the scientific and innovative， simple principle， can take the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education work leading group， open innovation and entrepreneurship practice class， the establishment of interest groups， improve the innovation evaluation system and other ways to complete. The establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education system can enrich the learning atmosphere， broaden academic horizons， improve the training mechanism.

1 構(gòu)建學院創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的必要性

當前中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài)，大學生就業(yè)穩(wěn)定面臨新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。“十三五”期間，中國經(jīng)濟處于疊加期和轉(zhuǎn)型期，習近平總書記在十八屆五中全會指出：“面對發(fā)展問題，需要有大無畏的革命精神，勇于實踐、敢于創(chuàng)新，要激發(fā)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活力，推動大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”。[1]高校承擔著人才培養(yǎng)的重任，高校的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的設(shè)計和實施是現(xiàn)代教育改革的新趨勢，也是時代發(fā)展的需要。

創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系是以培養(yǎng)學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、思維、能力等為基本內(nèi)容，注重理論運用與實踐，以培養(yǎng)出高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才的教育體系。當前，各高校應根據(jù)學院學科特點、學生特點及其職業(yè)發(fā)展特點，結(jié)合學院創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的實踐開展研究，通過搭建科技競賽平臺，整合學科資源，營造創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍，發(fā)揮專業(yè)特色優(yōu)勢……
