城市低收入老年人社區小組工作實務技巧研究

摘 要 東北老工業區的低收入老年人群體有著物質、生理、心理等方面的基本需求，迫切需要社會支持。小組工作是社會工作三大方法之一，也是滿足以上需求慣用的一種方法。文章以某老工業社區“長者故事會”小組為研究對象，分析了在小組籌備期、初期、中期、以及后期幾個發展階段所運用的工作技巧，并提出一些實務中需要注意的問題，以供同仁參考和討論。

——A Case Study of the "Citizen Story" Group in an Old Industrial Community

Abstract The old people in the old industrial area in Northeast China have the basic demand of material， physiology and psychology. Group work is one of the three methods of social work， but also to meet the needs of the usual method. Taking an old industrial community elderly "citizen story" group as the research object， analyzes the application in the preparatory period， the early and middle group， and later several development stages of job skills， and put forward the need to pay attention to some problems in practice， for the industry reference and discussion.

1 老工業社區老年人精神需求滿足小組概述

隨著東北老工業基地經濟轉型，大規模員工下崗，老工業社區的老年群體普遍存在經濟貧困、文化水平低、精神空乏等問題。筆者參與實踐的社區是一個老工業社區，在此居住的老年人絕大部分是工廠退休職工。在該社區開展的“長者故事會”小組是以社區中有自理能力的老年人為服務對象，采用緬懷往事療法，使其在往事的回顧中重新構造對人生歷程的感悟，建立積極的情緒，獲得對人生的掌控感，豐富日常生活，增進同輩間的交流，從而拓寬其社會支持網絡，增強社區凝聚力。

“長者故事會”小組一共開展了十五次活動，經歷了小組籌備期、初期、中期、后期幾個發展階段，隨著小組的發展，小組的主題由淺入深依次確定為“人生中的第一次旅行”、“老照片里的故事”、“生命中一件難事兒，以及你是怎么解決它的”、“生活愿景的繪畫與分享”和“小組歷程的回顧”等?！?br>
