課外閱讀對小學班級精神文化建設的意義

摘 要 對于小學生來說，通過加強課外閱讀，在一定程度上能夠促進班級精神文化的提升和進步，目前在小學學校，教師一般關注學生的對書本知識的掌握情況，往往會忽略班級的環境、學風等精神文化對學生的重要影響。本文通過對小學班級精神文化建設的研究和系統了解，說明了課外閱讀對班級建設具有重要意義，然后針對課外閱讀對班級精神文化建設產生的影響進行了詳細分析，為現代學校加強班級精神文化建設提供了新的思路和參考方向，促進了班級凝聚力的提高，同時也加強了學生自我素養的不斷提升和進步。

The Significance of Extracurricular Reading to the

Construction of Spiritual Culture in Primary Schools

Abstract For the students， through the strengthening of extracurricular reading， can promote the advancement of class spirit culture to a certain extent， in the primary school teachers at present， students generally focus on the books of knowledge， and often ignore the class environment the style of study， and other important influence on students' spiritual culture. In this paper， through the research and understanding of the system of spiritual and cultural construction in primary school class， the extracurricular reading is of great significance to the class construction， then the impact on the extracurricular reading class of spiritual and cultural construction in detail， provides new ideas and reference for the modern school class to strengthen the construction of spiritual culture， promote the to improve the class cohesion， but also strengthen constantly improve the students' self accomplishment and progress.

0 引言

課外閱讀一直以來都是教師比較提倡的學習方式，但由于學習任務的增多，往往會忽略學生在課余時間對課外讀物的學習，從而影響了課外閱讀發揮的重要作用。近年來對班級精神文化建設的研究逐漸增多，但是較少的教育者認識到課外閱讀能夠對其發揮的作用，通過本文的研究，體現了小學生進行課外閱讀的重要性，不僅僅能夠提高學生個人的知識儲備和素質水平，同時也能夠增強班級的凝聚力，促進班級精神文化建設工作進一步實施，為學生打造良好的書香環境和學習氛圍，并且能夠在這樣的環境下不斷努力地學習和健康成長。

1 班級精神文化建設研究現狀

近年來，對于班級的精神文化建設的研究也逐漸增多，說明教育業也開始重視班級精神文化的建設問題，目前學者們也紛紛提出了不同的相關理論，為班級精神文化建設奠定了良好的論基礎。……
