基于泰爾指數的安徽省區域經濟差異分析

摘要根據統計數據，運用泰爾指數對2005—2014年安徽省區域經濟差異進行分析。結果表明：安徽省區域經濟差異明顯，組內經濟差距貢獻率比較大；資源稟賦和地理位置、歷史人文因素、區域經濟政策等方面存在的差別是產生區域經濟差異的主要原因。為了縮小區域經濟發展差距，安徽省應構建創新型區域產業協調發展政策互動機制，采取適度傾斜的協調發展戰略，充分發揮區域比較優勢。

AbstractAccording to the statistics，using Theil index，the regional economic differences in Anhui Province from 2005 to 2014 were analyzed.The results showed that the regional economic disparity in Anhui Province was obvious， the economic gap between the group contribution rate was relatively large； the differences of natural resource endowments and geographical location， historical and cultural factors， the regional economic policy and other aspects were the main causes of regional economic differences. In order to narrow the gap of regional economic development， Anhui Province should build a new regional industrial development policy coordination interaction mechanism， adopt the strategy of coordinated development of moderate tilt， give full play to regional comparative advantage.

區域經濟差異是一種普遍存在的現象，適度的區域經濟差異有利于地區經濟發展與社會進步，但是，如果任由區域經濟發展差異無限擴大，勢必會給整體經濟的發展帶來嚴重問題。20世紀90年代以來，區域經濟發展水平差異成為諸多經濟學家所關注的熱點，研究的重點主要集中于區域經濟差異的測度、變化趨勢及影響因素、空間差異、時空演變特征等方面[1-5]。近期的研究主要有3個特點：一是所研究的尺度逐漸縮小；二是更多地運用定量分析的方法，重視研究方法的多元化；三是研究過程中所涉及到的內容更加豐富廣泛[5-7]。近期有學者在研究過程中運用了多指標結合分析的方法，研究了區域經濟格局的時空演變，取得了比較好的效果[6-8]。伴隨著中部崛起戰略的實施以及皖江城市帶承接產業轉移示范區規劃上升為國家戰略，安徽省將在中部崛起歷程中發揮更加重要的作用[9-10]。……
